Clean and quiet.

The twin beds together, and no fridge in the room.

Very good hotel, I usually stay there due to its location, amenities and good customer service!

In first room were insects running on the bed. In second and third room were leakage from bath. Hotel rooms are very, very used and old. Pictures are not realistic. Hotel refused to shorten our stay. Looks like they are looking to fool people. Highly not recommend

Mattress was old. Room was tired and dated. Breakfast was mid.

We loved the pool. We didn't get to stay overnight as we had a flight cancel but when we arrived the next day the hotel was very accomodating.

Excellent customer service from the lady on reception, she was knowledgeable and very helpful sharing information about the city, travel, shops, busses etc. The room was clean and the roof pool was much needed in the August heat! The breakfast had a broad selection and plenty for our vegetarian family to enjoy too. The sunset from the roof is good too

The roof pool was not as it was pictured as there was no umbrella’s by the sun loungers and the while outdoors roof seating area, that looks very attractive in the photos, was empty of seats. It was incredibly hot in August so umbrellas by the pool are needed!

Great choice at breakfast and all the food we had in the hotel was really good. The air conditioning was excellent and made a huge difference as there was a heatwave during our stay. The family room we had was spacious and had a little fridge. The bathrooms were well stocked with shower gel and shampoo etc. The pool area on the roof was a good size for the hotel and there we plenty of times when we had the pool to ourselves. Good selection of drinks available as well as ice cream.

Would have been nice to have a slightly larger selection of food on the menu. The drinks were expensive, but it wasn't just the hotel. It seemed most places we went, the drinks cost more than we were expecting. The location is ok, but the road outside could get busy and it was too far for us to walk to get to the tourist attraction. However, we had no problem getting taxis and as long as they were prebooked by the hotel or on an app, were not expensive.

Value for money

Location - it’s super far from everything. And too hot to walk 10+ mins in the heat. Can’t charge to your room. Everything has to be paid upfront. Staff could be more knowledgeable about the city etc.

breakfast is well varied and good quality, pool is nice and not overcrowded (week day), staff was friendly (esp. restaurant), location was good for easy out of the city (airport 30min ride), good sized room and bathroom w the basics provided (desk, small table, toiletries, closet)

bed / mattress could have been better, charging for extra water bottles feels a bit cheap for a 4 star-hotel; bit far from subway (15min); while not super close to the main touristy areas there are still nice restaurants close by (10min) and some points of interest (Athens Academy, 20min)

The staff was good as well as the cleaning, swimming pool was great.

Bit out of town, but easy to catch a metro or taxi.

2 connected badrooms that were perfect to accommodate my family (2 kids). Restaurant with excellent food and very nice people. Pool area very good.

It was not walking distance from the Acrópole and main ponts- we used the taxi and it was ok.
