Pros +
- Very clean and great location and very helpful staff
- Excellent location and service!! Sightseeing areas within walking distance. Able to use public transportation easily! Many choices for coffee, great food & baked goods!
- Everything about this hotel was perfect! location, comfort, cleanliness. The team who works there were super helpful and welcoming, made me feel at home. Would definitely book there again if i'm back in Athens.
Cons -
- The bench on our balcony was broken - but we had chairs to use. This was our only complaint… very minor. We had an amazing view of the Parthenon!!
- The doors are not soundproof at all - we could hear people talking from other rooms, the hallway, and the staircase, as well as the elevator opening and closing throughout the night. The air conditioner kept breaking down and turning off by itself; we woke up several times from the heat on different nights and had to message the hotel via WhatsApp so they could reboot it. The staff were friendly and responsive, but the problem was never really solved, and apart from an apology each morning, no alternative solution was offered. Not recommended in the summer. Also, there was a smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways and lobby.
- The room was very small, though the bathroom was good. Everything in Venice was very expensive and this hotel was no exception.

Anasa was well located between San Marco Square and the Rialto Bridge. There was a nice breakfast room and an elevator that held four people. Lobby had a lovely bar and sitting area. The public WC in lobby area was very nice. They also had a nice rooftop bar. Too bad it was a little to cool and windy the afternoon memories to enjoy it.
The room was very small, though the bathroom was good. Everything in Venice was very expensive and this hotel was no exception.
Very well located, close to everything in the city. Nice venue with a history. Good bed and quiet property in a quiet street.
Nothing. I just wish we could have had an earlier check-in as we arrives from North America.
Location, very clean hotel.
The bathroom got wet because the shower didn't close properly. Staff just ok.
The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. Our refrigerator was not working due to an outlet issue and the staff was so gracious and helpful to work on a solution. The room was quiet, comfortable and perfect.
I love the location of this hotel for its accessibility to all the essentials: food, shopping, proximity to major sights and attractions
Amazing stay! The staff were incredibly kind and helped us immediately with a problem on our first night. The hotel is very clean, in a great location, and offers truly exceptional service. Highly recommended!
Property is in a really good location, staff was nice and bed was comfortable.
Big issue with the AC. We had to text the hotel several times because the air conditioning was continuously stopping. They did try to reset it and all but it kept happening. When issue was raised, they told us that it was because there was a sensor in the room? It makes absolutely no sense at all when the moment you actually need AC is when you sleep and don’t move. They should have card slots that you insert when you get in the room like any other hotel if the objective is to save cost. We had really bad sleep on both nights because the room was so hot.Additionally, the floor in our bathroom seemed to be slightly tilted which meant that it was impossible to take a shower without flooding the entire bathroom floor.
I liked the position in town & all the facilities..the staff were helpful & friendly
My room 205 was very noisy from the air conditioner

Location was perfect. Everything clean. They have an Air conditioner system that’s really annoying. Had to contact the front desk every day at least 2 times.
the bed were uncomfortable and street light was basically in our room so impossible to sleep and when we asked them to change our room they said they couldn’t
Great location, comfy beds, helpful staff, and the manager was fabulous.
No sound proofing…lots of noise from common areas.
The location was good. It was near restaurants and Ermou Street, and Monastriki Square.
The light would go off at times. I would contact the front desk and it got turned back on. The room is small for 2 people.
There was a terrable noise problem. you could hear everything in the hallway including people on the stairs from other floors. We were woken up repeatedly by people leaving the hotel starting at 7/30
Clean, convenient to main area
Small room, price
The location is excellent - within walking distance of everything you would want in Athens. Hotel staff is very helpful. They gave us recommendations off rooftop bars and restaurants, and they were all great! They also helped me scheduling a taxi on my last day
No safe in the room
