- We went for new years, Nobody told me I had to submit a separate reservation for New Year's eve (One of the main reason we reserved this hotel... given the excellent view of the rooftop it was a good place for fireworks). Nobody contact me to offer me anything via email, even tough I booked Hotel in advance (probably 2-3 months).
- I didn't realize how crowded the pool could get, but again the staff was amazing at finding us chairs despite that.

The room door is not sound proofed, we could hear everything that is happening in the hall. In general there were a lot of guests yelling late nights and also in the spa area and no one from the stuff did nothing to stop it.

Great helpful staff, fantastic location and view, towels & linen and our balcony. We had all we needed and more.
That on the first night we got 2 separate mattresses for our double bed, but the day after we asked to switch it with a double one and the staff took care of it quickly.
