Staff was exceptional; allowed early luggage drop-off and when we returned for check-in, they had upgraded our room. Hotel employee offered to schedule a cab for our early flight the following morning.

Not happy will never book again

Not clean, very noisy, did not deliver my order of tissue box I had to go down and ask for it again

Room very spacious ans clean, breakfast is rich and tasty, staff very professional and welcoming with big attention to details

Nothing honestly

Voice from outside, poor isolation

The location is good, however the building has lots of damage showing through. Especially in the hallways. Paint is chipping, the walls are damaged, rug was lifting in certain areas. The staff did not say hello when entering the building on multiple occasions or acknowledge that people are walking in or out

Shower hose needs repairs. Carpets in the corridors and bathroom floor need vacuuming. It would be better to have a wall, not a window - to separate the bathroom from the rest of the room

Buffet breakfast and soundproof rooms. Good things.

I would've preferred my bed to be made every other day rather than just once during my stay.

Location was good. Also the hot water actually ran hot.

This is deffinately not a 5 stars hotel. Even 4 stars would be stretching it.There is a general lack of attention to details from the staff:1. I left some conditioner on the shower wall ans when they came in to clean that was not wiped down2. A previous guest used the toothbrushes and put it back in the box, they did not check and left the used toothbrush3. The bathroom bin was not empty when I arrived4. No service to help me with my luggage and the reception worker did not present any of the amenities when I arrived, just breakfast time and checkout as if they expected to not hear from me again during the stay5. The maid cleaned the room and left the sign with do not disturb on the floor. .The hotel was rebranded but only online, everything else is still labeled Athens Key inside. There is a slight state of general disrepair and old stuff:1. TV is not smart, you cannot watch Netflix, just Greek channels2. The elevators are the old kind, with doors you have to open yourself (I forgot they existed and waited in front of it for a few minutes)3. Scuffing on furniture, leaky shower hose etc.4. The curtains are not true blackout so expect some light in the morningThe breakfast is either not kept at propar temperature or not very vrea, I am not sure but the pastry is hard and the breads chewy. No hotel mini bar, no supermarket inside, no 24/7 restaurant, I had to order flood from wolt

Comfortable stay

Despite being a smoke free facility , one night I woke up to choking smoke smell , it appears someone was smoking next door .

Very good breakfast in the rooftop restaurant and terrasse. Excellent food and friendly staff.Good location for the Acropolis and other main sites, as well as the metroRooms are clean and a good size, and was excellent value for the price Paid.

The neighbourhood IS not the richest in Athens, and feels a little tense at night

Dirty hotel They are not trustThey show me big size room with double beds. But when we went there it was very small room and dirty and expensive don’t worth it

I loved everything about this property! The room was very clean, comfortable with plenty of storage. Bed and pillows were great. AC worked well. Elevator is a bonus. Manager left us a sweet surprise for our 40th anniversary :) The breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. Views of acropolis from the 10th floor and lovely views of Athens. Used public transportation to get around and it was very easy.

When booking, did not know this property is located in an area known for drugs. Saw many people strung out in alleyways or using drugs on the streets as well as sex workers nearby.

Did not eat breakfast.Very good overall experience, very helpful staff.

The room had a bad smell(sewage). It would be helpful if the rooms had a fragrant candle to or potpourri, to improve the smell

Clean and comfortable, the shower water pressure is great.

Relatively far a bit from the center qnd the crowds - 15-20 minutes walk.

We had dinner and drinks at Roof Bar. But they asked us to leave at 11:pm with wine and cigar unfinished.

There was nothing I didn’t like

The hotel really was perfect. The location, roof cafe and all. Even we loved the this hotel and booked again for 2 nights more

Generally nothing. Only the cleaners were cleaning the room a bit late, even we put on the door “please make up my room” sign and left for 3-4 hours the hotel nobody did it. But still we loved all the staff and their hospitality ❤️
