Pros +
- This hotel was unaccomodating. They did not care about the customer.
- Then hotel lobby and room were very clean and updated. The front desk was manned 24/7 which was helpful since we had to check out very early. The rooms had very comfortable beds, and they were courteous enough to provide 2 bottles of water which was a pleasant surprise!
- I enjoyed how modern the property was. The staff were amazing and accommodating.
Cons -
- The hotel wasn’t in the best part of the city, but was still located close to the acropolis, which was the main reason we picked it (along with the price). Unfortunately the doors are very thin, and we could hear guests come and go all night long, which wasn’t great after traveling for almost 24 hours from the US. Additionally our room was very warm inside and never cooled down to be comfortable. I woke up sweating.
- The only flip side to this beautiful place is the location and the activity surrounding it. But it was centered for us to many of the attractions. But in general the staff made us feel very safe.
- Elevator was really small and uncomfortable, and the neighborhood was lousy

Great staff, very helpful with a baby crib, clean rooms, great shower.
Elevator was really small and uncomfortable, and the neighborhood was lousy
Clean, comfortable and modern.
Too bad about the trashed out abandoned building across the street. It was the view out our window. Obviously urban renewal is not a priority. The neighborhood has its share of homeless and junkies but we never felt threatened.
It was a very very nice hotel, definitely felt like a 5 star hotel when you first walked in. The staff was amazing and so nice and would help you with anything you need. Rooms were beautiful and clearly just renovated making it seem like that 5 star feeling!
Some of the other reviews talked about location, but I did not find the location to be bad. The location is actually good and was walkable everywhere.
Nice and neet. Clean and comfy.Subway station omonia wery close.
The heating system was litle to warm had to sleep window open.
It is very clean and comfortable, I changed from Alassia to other hotel, but immediately regretted.
It was perfect ?
new clean room, very good breakfast, good wifi
terrible sound insulation, even earplugs did not help and I was woken up at night by people from neighboring rooms
I really can't find any complaints about this hotel. Excellent price-quality ratio. The breakfast is varied, in addition to hot and cold meat products, there is also plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as a considerable selection of sweets. The rooms are comfortable, and in my opinion the whole hotel is far above 3 stars, rather one could say 4+.
I don't have any negative comments
Cleaning lady’s work was amazing and they were so kind, all the time smiling and welcoming.
Not the properly itself but the environment were full of dangerous people. We had a problem with the window, we couldn’t close it correctly and unfortunately we dealt with the noise outside.
When I first started looking for the hotel, I thought the neighborhood looked a little sketchy. However, after getting familiar witht the area I have to say that the location is perfect. Just around the corer from bakerys, resturants and the metro station. The room, and breakfast were wonderful. The staff was always helpful.
location, staff, good breakfast. nice attitude
bad view
the breakfast was exceptional, room and bathroom very clean and comfortable. the location was walking distance to the Acropolis and many local authentic restaurants.
nothing comes to mind.
Very clean rooms and modern amenities. The hotel itself stands out in that neighborhood. Very polite and helpful staff. Breakfast was a great spread as well - lots of fresh fruit and vegetarian options included. The hotel is also very close to the metro - about a 3 minute walk.
The neighborhood mainly. Felt like a neglected part of the city. Would not want to venture out after sunset.
Good room and service. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of fresh fruit and other stuff.
It is a value for money hotel to book. Service is perfect, personnel very helpful, location very convinient (very close to metro).
The receptionist on duty was not very helpful and seemed bothered when asked about the on going taxi strike and ways to secure transportation the following day. The street to the hotel was not very inviting and felt isolated at night.
The room was very clean and remodeled Bathroom very clean
Location location location very bad location Bad people around the area and you can’t walk at night Very scary
Everything was nice, clean and complete, good location near enough to transportation and locations of interest.
When we got to the hotel our taxi driver told us to be careful on the surroundings as it could be uncomfortable but we felt safe at allTimes and had no issues at all.
