Pros +
- The breakfast was excellent! The location of the breakfast and staff was amazing!
- Hotel was really clean nice roomsHad good security and was very well maintained and cleaned
- Close to the Metro station and, in general, a central area. The room interior design is very modern and looks beautiful. Our room also had 2 balconies, which is great. Overall comfortable.
Cons -
- The fact that we got room service & clean towels every second day.
- The area was a bit downtrodden I couldn't really find a good breakfast spot.
- Unfortunately, our shower was not good, the water would gather on the floor like a small swimming pool and the shower walls hat black mold on it. Also, the bathroom sink is too small. You could not even wash your hands without spilling water everywhere. The breakfast, which was served on a third party restaurant at the other side of the street, from 8:30 to 11:00 (very late), only had 03 meal options to choose from and only coffee as a drink option. The reception had very limited working hours. It felt more like staying at an Airbnb.

Mario was amazing and kind with us. Room are big and confortable; the breakfast is delicious!!
The hotel was definitely a boutique hotel. Art deco style was fun and funky! The Junior Suite was comfortable and spacious! The one Staff member, when present, was lovely.
Location was not very good. To be safe at night, we always took an UBER or taxi back to the hotel. The breakfast was not good.
This is the second time I’ve stayed in this hotel, and I absolutely love it! It’s new and clean, and very comfortable
The location is not the safest for the female solo traveler but as long as you take ubers to the center/port, you’ll be fine
The tea and the coffee in the room.
There is no continental breakfast like they claim. And if you are for the first time in Athens you should know this side of Center it's full of homeless people and junkies and it's really dirty
The hotel was as promised: elegant contemporary design, quite honest materials. The staff was young helpful and always pleasant. Bedside tables or -at least- a shelf would be welcome: some people wear glasses and most want to charge phones.Lighting in the bedroom/closet shelves was at below acceptable levels whereas at the adjoining wet space there was a lot of effort put in the whole light arrangement. A couple of extra spotlights in the false ceiling would be a cheap and helpful addition.Overall satisfied with our stay, I did not give a 10 because the small fixes needed are important and easy. Many thanks to the staff!
not just this hotel but a general problem: toilets should have REAL doors: for obvious reasons: they should SEAL... and if for some reason they are not in the same room as the shower -I cannot understand yet why- at least have a toilet hand shower (πωποβρυσάκι) Had breakfast both in room and also in the place across the street where it is necessary to provide alternative beverages to just coffee, ex. tea, milk, cocoa, juice etc., btw the chef across the street was EXCELLENT
The staff was very helpful and offered us a free room upgrade that was highly appreciated. Also the parking right next to the hotel was very convenient. The room was very well decorated and styled in a modern way, clean and spacious.
Nothing really, everything was great.
Inside very clean and nice
Neighbourhood was not too charming and would not recommend to walk from city alone
The location isn’t the best, but it’s close to nice areas and I’m sure that in a couple of years it’ll be exactly where you want to stay. The hotel is very new, but this also means it isn’t exactly finetuned yet. There’s no shower head, just a tube, looks cool, isn’t very great in reality. Climate can’t be controlled. Toilet has a transparant door that’s facing the bed, not exactly romantic. WiFi is useless. The hosting team is great however. They’re not available 24/7, but honestly who needs that. They’re wonderful, helpful, attentive, thoughtful. They knew I had my birthday coming up so send up a bottle of bubbles, a complete surprise. We overslept for breakfast one day, which was no problem at all. Breakfast is served in the room each morning, which is a very nice touch.
Great personnel, helpful. Modern rooms. Location is not the best, if you are visiting center of Athens but metro is close so that is easy.
The bathroom layout in the apartment was not great at all. It had a small toilet with glass doors, separated from the shower area, offering no privacy. The shower and toilet were not divided from the rest of the room, so water from the shower spilled out into the living area. Additionally, there were two sinks — one for the kitchen and another, just a meter away, which served as the “bathroom” sink and was oddly placed in the middle of the room. This setup might not bother some people (especially if you're traveling alone), but for me, it’s a significant drawback and likely the reason I wouldn't book this hotel again.
Seems like a hotel about to fold. Poorly maintained room, spa out of service, bar out of service, coffee machine broken.
Well equipped and spacious house. Could be used as a holiday home. I really liked the fireplace.
We were a little scared when we entered the house, the alarm went off.
Private parking and comfortable bed
Poor breakfast which i needed to eat inside the room
One of the best hotel I went in Greece, brand new, the staff was lovely.
Everything was amazing, friendly staff, very clean, amazing room, definitely recommend.
The breakfast could be better, not enough for two and not everything from the menu. Stale bread
Excellent value for money. Parking included in the price. New modern rooms which included breakfast also. 10-15 minute walk from the heart of the city centre ermou.
It was very clean and the stuff was really nice, especially the person who served the breakfast.
I did not like that the breakfast was room service without even having a normal table to eat. Also, I would expect from a hotel like this that I can choose something. Also the hotel rooms look really nice but not well thought through. I don't understand the trend that the bathroom is within the hotel room. So every time someone goes to the toilet at night, the other one wakes up because of the light. Also, I don't understand why the hotel can't install a normal shower. Also, the design is nice but cheap as the first cupboard doors are already a bit loose. Everything looks really nice, but that's all.
The bed was comfortable. The lady who brought me breakfast was super nice and kind. The furniture was new, had been recently renovated.
The area is absolutely terrible. As a female solo traveller, it made me feel afraid to go out alone at night. And even in the morning. One of the mornings (on the 29th November, if you want to check the cameras), I got out of my room at around 8:30-9am, and there was a drug addict barricading the entrance door. He was laying there doing drugs. I couldn't believe it when I saw it. I gently opened it and said "sorry", but he couldn't be bothered and would not move. It was a tough moment, and there was no one in the reception. That was another thing. When I arrived, there was nobody in person for the whole day. They would answer the WhatsApp messages, but sometimes not as fast as necessary. I couldn't find cups or a hairdryer because they were hidden away in a wardrobe that needed special pushing (and no clear indication as to how to find them), so on the first night, I had to shower and I was unable to dry my hair or to make myself a tea/coffee. Feeling uncomfortable because I would've liked someone in person to be there. The following day, I found out that there was no room service at all. And no restaurant we can go to to have a drink or breakfast. I felt a total abandonment to guests. The shower was a bit inconvenient because of the water flow—it was too strong and didn’t have a showerhead. On the other hand, when it came to breakfast—since they brought it to your room—the table was very uncomfortable; you had to hunch over to eat, and besides, it was very small, so there wasn’t enough space for everything. All in all, one of the worst stays in hotels I have had in my life, and definitely would NOT recommend to female solo travellers, or solo travellers in general. It could get dangerous. After the first night, I had to go by taxi all the time if it was past 6pm (when it gets dark in November).
