Location was exceptional—breakfast at a nice restaurant next door. I also wanted to add that they accommodated my early arrival, which was a big help. Thank you so much!! Much appreciated.

People right outside the window from the Restuarant. Lots of noise until 2 a.m. the shower was clogged with hair and I am bald. I used a hanger to clean the drain.

Even though we were on the 3rd floor we still could hear all the street noise at night. FYI - no reception

Only the location

We booked a Spa Junior Suite. While the room itself was passable for a one-night stay if no better options are available, cleanliness was a major issue. The bathroom floor was dirty and had visible hair left behind. The shower drained poorly due to a clogged drain, and the Jacuzzi was in unacceptable condition — we had to clean it ourselves, and even then, a lot of dirt came out when we turned it on. I strongly advise against using it.I urge the hotel management to thoroughly clean not only the Jacuzzi but the entire room. While the towels were technically clean, they were old and had tears.Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again and cannot recommend it to others. The only real positive was the location — very central and close to everything and the breakfast.

Beautiful inside!

So loud and noisy. Could not sleep, felt like I was on the street trying to sleep. Cars honking motorcycles, people walking by(leaving nightclub)Beautiful hotel! Just would not recommend based off the noise

The room was spacious and cool. It was in a good location if you like the city life.

The pillows

The Artisan Suites staff (which manages Epitome) we’re extremely helpful and helping me arrange rooms and complete transfers from ferries to airport. They made staying here, drama, free and a pleasure.

The location was great.

It is not really a hotel! There is no front desk, no lobby, no staff to deal with problems, no way to get the air conditioning working, to get a fan in the room, or get a top sheet on the bed. The front door code pad is very quirky and we couldn't make it work without a Greek friend calling the number we were given. Don't go here if you don't have a cell phone, for that is the only way to find someone to help. The place is unbelievably noisy, there are no double-paned windows or doors, and the doors are all incredibly noisy because they have not been planed for who knows how long--whenever someone in one of the four rooms opened or closed the door to their room, it woke up everyone in the place.

At the city centre, well furnished, clean room

great location - great view and balcony for the upper apartment. spacious room with nice design.also the breakfast was perfect.all this in a very good price.

The room was super easy to access with the codes, and the lady if the reception at the sister hotel was super clear in her explanation and welcoming.Location wise amazing, a bit noisy but makes sense as the hotel is located in the city center.My room was cleaned every day even tho I would appreciate the shits to be change at least once over the stay (I stayed a week).

The room was brand new and super nice and clean but I think that the main problem was that it was underground so no sunlight at all. That wasn’t mentioned in the description of the room on Booking and I do think that it should be mentioned to the customer.

Nice area

there was a lot of noise from the street and from passers-by, there is no good soundproofing at all. The bed was very bad.

The location and the building were fantastic. Breakfast at The Brunchers was exceptional and the staff was very accommodating! Wish we could stay for more days.

A stunning room in a charming historical building. Location right next to the metro is unbeatable. The Acropolis and most of the main sights just a short walk away, same with the main shopping street. The highlight of our stay was the amazing breakfast! We really loved our stay!

Two pigeons sat above the entrance and pooped on the doorstep every night.Staff has assured me they will be talked to.

Perfect location right next to Monastiraki square and Metro Station. Despite being so central, the room was surprisingly quiet. The room was spotless and the staff very friendly.
