Being small

Being located in downtown you could hear the noise from restaurant and bars/bands until 4am in morning.

The staff were amazing. Helpful, friendly, courteous. I couldn't have gotten better help for all the many and varied things I wanted to do.

I wasn't expecting a loft bed, but it was very comfortable. My dodgy knees were able to negotiate the steps. p.s. I'm not from Norwalk, CT. You have the wrong person. P.p.s. solo, business and senior.

We thought that we booked for 4 people but they said it was for two even though we got the suite and had to pay $150 extra

Bathroom situation

The view is fantastic! The location is within walking to distance to shopping, restaurants, busses and parks. It is in a very busy nightlife district but the area felt safe and perhaps it would be hard to find a quiet place in Athens. The staff are very nice and go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable!

The location, the views, the staff, and the rooms were all great

The room we were in had a low ceiling that my boyfriend and I kept almost hitting our heads on - but other than that nothing was wrong with the property

Sometimes at night you could hear the crowds in the bars below in the square, but it was mostly Friday and Saturday. It was less noisy Sunday and during the week

This hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of all sites and good restaurants. Staff very helpful. Large room with a great shower and comfortable bed. Highly recommend this hotel.

The internet was a little slow but to be expected as hotel is in a row of buildings.

Location was central to everywhere we wanted to visit. If there was a drawback it was that the location lent itself to lots of street noise into the night.

Would have been better if it was quieter at night. No breakfast included, but there were plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby. "Acropolis view" was indeed accurate from our balcony, not hardly worth the xtra cost.

It was a great location.

Not like the pictures on line. Everything very old, worn out. Also maid service did not replace all towels and glasses that were used.

The perfect location. Walk out your door into a beautiful square full of restaurants. The building is historic with great charm. The staff was exceptional and friendly. Close to all the historic sites, easy walks to each. Hotel also arranged airport transportation. The price was reasonable, a great value.

I believe we may have gotten the best room in the hotel because the view was mouth dropping spectacular and the room itself was amazing. Great service, very helpful and accomodating upon arrival and departure. Highly recommend it!

This is a lovely boutique hotel with nice rooms, updated bathrooms and a perfect location for walkability and nearby restaurants. Friendly, very helpful staff.

Room 103 is extremely noisy as it is directly over a nightclub. It was LOUD in our room until 2 am every night.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Spacious room, very well designed. Less than 5 minutes walk to Monastraiki - everything is very central. Room was spotless. Nickarious and Vicky very helpful and always available. 24 hour desk. Tea/coffee/fruit/water etc. available. Great communication in advance of our arrival.

Stay was too short.

The location is perfect , the staff were excellent, the bed was comfortable, the room was nice.

We had many issues with the internet connection. It kept disconnecting every couple of minutes. We didn't have proper internet during our stay.The staff tried, but didn't succeed.

The room was great for a family And the location is right next to all of the attractions and great restaurants We enjoyed our stay very much

Staff was extremely helpful in moving me to a satifactory hotel after I told them of my dissatifaction of my assigned room.

the room was a 'converted loft" with the bathroom on the lower floor, NO railing on the stairs leading from the upper platform where the bed was located and a LOW ceiling over the bed.. I hit my head twice until I insisted on removal from my assigned room.

It was in a great location in the heart of the Plaka District. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean, the bed was comfortable. There was complimentary water bottles and fruit.

The sleeping area with the bed was a loft with very dangerous stairs. Not everyone would be able to negotiate those steps and it would be treacherous if you had children with you.
