Excellent for a couple

Clean, nice stuff and close to metro

Easy walk to the acropolis (~30 mins to main entrance, very beautiful) very close to metro, restaurants nearby, clean, nice staff, easy to find, nice facilities.

One night there was a strange amount of yelling in the lobby, nothing the hotel could do about this as it was likely some unruly guests but just a bit disturbing one night. Otherwise really great.

Loved it ALL! Perfect location just steps away from Keramikos metro station, exactly what I wanted. I wish I could have stayed longer! Excellent communication and thorough/easy instructions from start to finish. Very clean and nice apartment, terrace was HUGE with a ton of space to enjoy and a great view (you can even see the Parthenon). I will certainly be back, thank you!

A couple of very small details: coffee machine water container needed to be cleaned, calcification build up and needed to be cleaned/replaced. Same for the shower head- many of the shower head nozzles were blocked from calcium/build up and needed to be replaced/cleaned.

Very modern place, clean and good facilities. Very good location.

I love everything about the place They’re just infront of the metro station Have plenty of cafes and restaurants just down the property The check in was smooth and easy Perfect for those who want to be in center but in a quiet area and still connected to everywhere

The bars at night are sometimes noisy

It was spacious, clean, with short walking distance to everything I wanted to see. I especially loved access to Galata bridge for the sunsets and walking across to the other side.

not much - all good; owners should consider opening a comfy/cozy/stylish self-serve laundry nearby as an additional source of income! :-)

Very kind and accommodating staff. Large, modern room and strong air conditioning. It’s right next to the train station so it was incredibly easy to get to and from the airport. There are a few mini marts nearby so it was easy to get drinks and snacks near the hotel. There’s a lift, though small, so it was easy to get our bags to the room. Shower had decent pressure and the bed was comfortable enough.

If you’re a light sleeper, you’ll definitely need earplugs. There’s a club across from the hotel that was blasting music until around 2am. The room we were in had two layers of soundproofing doors/windows to the balcony so that quieted most of it, but it’s definitely still noticeable when you’re trying to go to sleep. Noise from the hallway in the hotel is also quite noticeable since the doors are made of metal, so anyone going in and out of their rooms or cleaning staff was really easily heard. The room had earplugs, so it was fine for us in the end.

Athenian Spirit while at first glance might seem distant from the city center, but in reality it is actually 10 minutes walk away from Monastraki - and if you don’t fancy walking, it is a minute walk away from the M3 metro line station, Kerameikos. My room was spacious with a nice full bathroom, a nice balcony to enjoy my morning coffee, comfy beds and a fully functional mini kitchen.The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had so much fun practicing my Greek with Eleni at the front desk. Her bubbly and kind personality really added to the experience. Χάρηκα πολύ Ελένη!

My only complaint would be the drain in the shower drains the water a bit slow.

We loved staying here. The beds were super comfy, it was a three minute walk from a metro stop and the roof terrace was such a lovely bonus with views of the acropolis. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Brand New apartments, close to metro station and city center. I liked almost everything there including the price.And also consider that I was upgraded.

The bathroom tub was a bit broken.

It was very clean and the kitchen facilities were very good.

The noise was very bad from the club under the hotel and noise from the corridor late at night kept me awake numerous times through the night. There was no staff/security on at night and being an alone female it was quite intimidating

The apartment is close to the city center, in a vibrant neighborhood. Restaurants and the next metro system are just around the corner.

Room was exactly perfect, had also a small kitchenette, functionals shower! Quite place even though it was next to a very busy street!

One of the best accommodations in terms of price/quality ratio that I’ve had the chance to visit.The only minor criticism, somewhat paradoxically, is about the excessive cleanliness – specifically the scent.The entire room was beautifully cleaned and fragranced before our stay.Even the wardrobe was fragranced so intensely that the scent lingered on our clothes even after washing.99% of people probably won’t mind, but for us migraine sufferers and those allergic to fragrance ingredients, it’s a nightmare :-)Just adding this as a humorous note to an otherwise flawless stay.Michal

Very heavily fragranced before our the stay.

The facilities and location were fantastic, as was the mini apt. The area was relatively quiet, and it was very close to a subway. The place was recently renovated or built new. It was nice, and for the price, it certainly exceeded my expectations. The bed was comfortable. The balcony was nice too. We were very satisfied with this place.

The only issue we experienced was the heat, which was set way too low. The operation of the control was confusing, although we eventually figured it out. The written instructions were not really accurate. For some, the location might pose a challenge if you want to be in the central area with all the tourist things. We purposefully stay in this particular area.

Very clean, spacious with a terrace. Elegant and simple. The staff was very helpful and attentive, specially Eleni.

Great links to the airport and good location for Athens. Great place to stay aand this room is good size for single use /cosy for a couple.
