    Pros +

    • The view from our room was beautiful and the gentleman at garage was very kind and helpful.
    • the bell captain and the bartender were the only kind staff at this hotel.
    • Views were fantastic. Great rooftop pool.

    Cons -

    • Attitude of employee at reception (check-in), lack of ambience at rooftop restaurant and bar, and room was overall ugly (not at all 5 star quality we were expecting) - bathroom was outdated, bed linens were cheap.
    • The entire staff was incredibly rude. You could not fathom their lack of manners and basic kindness except for the two Georges.
    • Way up in a hill. Not easily walkable from downtown.

Views were amazing. Food was great. People were super nice, and very helpful.

Pool closed too early. Never could get the air conditioning quite right.

Location, breakfast, pool, amenities, staff, cleanliness

My room was facing a wall- would have preferred a balcony (they are available but only on one side of the hotel)

    Very attractive. Friendly, helpful staff.

Somewhat inconvenient location. Needs a shower door.Restaurant is expensive.

We loved the rooftop view. We had an excellent breakfast and lunch up there.

    Nothing to note.

    Restaurant staff view

It is on a hill which is difficult to get down if it is raining.

    The view was great.

In Europe the rooms are very small.

I had a lovely room with a balcony that was an upgrade. Breakfast offerings were diverse and plentiful.

    8MARGOTPosted on: 1-19-2026

    Very clean, room was ready.

I have stayed at the property several times and to see my view this time (which I paid for ) you had to be on the balcony. All my other rooms at the hotel had a much better view.

The view to acropolis, the quiet location in the edge of city center.the staff was very polite.

The building is old but renovated, however the room was TOO small. There is a parking in the basement of the hotel that you need to pay extra. The breakfast was nothing special (buffet with basic English breakfast, basic quality) Its not value for money and definitely it does not reach a 5 start hotel expectations.

we stayed many times in this hotel which is located in the lovely area of Kolonaki with superb views over the city.

It was November and the entire hotel had switched off the AC, but the room was stuffy and to sleep with the window open with the Athenian traffic on the second floor makes for a miserable night. No other solutions were offered.Ac should be available the entire year

Staff was perfect .The view from the rooftop is so good.

    The rooms can be better.
