great location!! right across from popular bar/restaurants! Felt very safe as a solo traveler

There is no lobby but I do not care, the important things are clean nice and safe with excellent location

Great location! 7min walk to Sintagma metro station, 5min walk to Ermou, Monastiraki, Psirri. Make sure to book a "courtyard view" room for a quiet sleep as the road in front is bussing until late(bars&people). Couldn't hear anything! Super spacious shower which we loved!

Sheets were very very rough and unpleasant to touch.Towels in the bathroom were placed on a dusty shelf under the sink.There were ants.

the welcoming staff their good will to help, the variety of the breakfast delivered to the room, the good surface of the room.

Easy access , very precise instructions and well located! Conveniet for me , easy access to transport and commerce! Quiet neighborhood & personally i know this Area since 34 yrs!

Slight problem with exhaust fan in kitchrnette it case short circuit!

Sound isolation is the only down side of the hotel. It was mentioned by most of the reviewers. I think hotel management need to fix that. Other than that, hotel is very good

Location is great the room had space and comfortable a smart tv and Nespresso machine with capsules.

Noisy if you have a window to the street

Very clean and located right in the city center.

Unfortunately there was noise from the street in the night. If you are a party animal or you're booking on a weekday it won't matter.

I liked that there was a lift. The rooms were spacious.

Although, the lobby was beautiful, it was a bit snug. There were 5 in party with 3 different rooms. All of us in the lobby and our luggage was a bit much.

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating.

The shower in the bathroom did not appear to have been cleaned very well. Also, the air conditioning didn’t get very cold although it was set to the lowest temperature.

Location and staff were very good. Loved the terrace.

Furniture needed updating (wobbly - felt like I might break it) Shower head needs replacing - nodules are clogged. I manually unclogged some to get the waterfall working.

The size of the room was good but the kids beds were not regular mattress, but very thin mattress, not a real bed

The breakfast was to our room, I didn't read anywhere in the description that there was no breakfast room, so you have to make your own coffee etc

The location is good, the building is very nice and the staff are nice.

The room had a vey very strong smell of cleaning products. Looked clean over all but didn’t feel hygiene

The location is amazing. Close to everything. The staff at the hotel was exceptional and gave solutions to everything I needed. Peter made me feel like home at the hotel. Thank you a lot.

Maybe the towels smell can be freshier and more white.

the size of the room. the decor felt elegant.

the way breakfast was done. I didn't like having it delivered. I was traveling with friends and was intending having breakfasts with them, so was surprised it was brought to my room. also, the hotdogs bun for breadcwas strange. the espresso was nice.
