Ivis 4 Boutique Hotel

We had an amazing view of the Acropolis from our balcony. This was a last minute booking since we woke up that morning and thought let's get a room for the night in the city and it could not have been a better choice!

Breakfast is great. Room is spacious, location is amazing.

The floor in the entire bathroom has a weird feeling like there’s water underneath it and you can sometimes even see some water coming out of it.

Everything- the location, staff, and rooms were perfect. I always love staying here, it's amazing.

Street noise on weekends can be a little loud on the lower floors, but that's not the hotels fault

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The Location is great, right next to many bars and restaurants and walking distance to anything you would want to see, yet the rooms are quiet.The hotel staff is very helpful, and the breakfast is great.

No real view from the rooms.The beds are a bit tough, both me and my wife woke up with a bit of back aches, but they are not terrible (maybe we are too spoiled). Not of these issues would make me not recommend this hotel.

We loved the location of this hotel - in a vibrant neighbourhood and within walking distance of all of Athens' main attractions. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fine - but we've definitely had much better quality throughout our Greek travels. The staff members were mostly hospitable.

While our room was comfortable, it lacked any sort of character with very bland decor. We were also given a room set aside for those with accessibility needs. We asked for a different room and were told there weren't any available - the staff member at reception was very rude about it. Our experience here was fine but it did not leave us with the impression that we were in a 4-star hotel.

Paid extra for breakfast which was lovely. Location couldn’t have been more convenient. Bar staff were great. Had a little outdoor area which was a nice oasis. Also w a gym!

Almost comparable to NYC prices. But would not hinder me from booking again.

Beautiful room, stylish, modern property in an excellent central location. Very good air conditioning- efficient and quiet.

Our bedroom was located at the front and overlooking a derelict building and lots of graffiti creating a very poor view from our room. We had a small balcony but didn’t want to use it because of the outlook. It was also quite noisy at night especially at the weekend due to the buzzing nightlife nearby. Hopefully this building will be renovated in the future.

Excellent breakfast choice, very helpful, attentive, friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. We stayed here for 2 nights before a stay on the island of Hydra and had booked a different hotel in Athens for on our way back. We cancelled that hotel and booked to stay again at the Ivis4 Boutique The restaurant was an absolute gem . . . . I couldn’t understand why more people were not enjoying a meal there. The food was of superior standard and beautifully presented. I can’t rate it highly enough and really recommend everyone who stays here tries it.

Comfortable room, convenient location, helpful and friendly staff.

Some of the buildings near the hotel were run-down/derelict, but there was a lively restaurant area round the corner.

Super modern hotel in the heart of very cool neighborhood. So much to see and do and not far from the main Athens attractions. Its a very busy area but the hotel felt quiet and calm. Easy parking nearby. Fantastic breakfast included. Helpful and pleasant staff. They made some great recommendations for dining in the area that impressed. Rooms are comfy and well appointed.

Our second year here. Our room seemed a bit smaller than last year despite it being the same category. Not a big issue and did not make the stay any less enjoyable. Will return

Great Staff. Great location to access all worthwhile sites and restaurants. Terrific style.

Zone lighting and fan were difficult for suite. But I recognize European differences.

Spacious, modern, well-equipped room and delightful, helpful staff. Hotel situated in an excellent, central location within Athens, on quiet side street within walking distance of bohemian area of Psyri with its many bars and restaurants, and close to buzzing Monastiraki where there is a metro.

Modern hotel with a beautiful decoration. Very sympathetic staff, specially the restaurant staff. Amazing food!!!! Loved every meal that had in the restaurant. Comfortable room.
