Super nice host, respectful, curteous very helpful. Location very good. Clean and the breakfast is nice.

I didn’t like the neighborhood though. And the bed is ok but not too confortable.

The room was fine and large

Location was bad. It’s located at a very short street that had 6 brothel in operation 24 hours/day. Noisy and felt unsafe in the neighborhood. It was in the center of town where you can walk but in an undesirable location. Every taxi we used to the property warned us not to venture around the neighborhood, to be careful.

There is no reception, everything is done remotely and their system are always facing issues that causes stress.If you want a stress less stay go somewhere else. Breakfast you have to book online and even though we booked for 8 am we got it 9 am causing delay in our appointments in the city.

Very comfortable room, good size with great bathroom and aircon. Conveniently close to metro and bakery and a short walk to the plaka district. Very friendly receptionist and happy to oblige. Nice rooftop space to enjoy the views.

Rooms are a little noisy as the suites back onto a busy street. Air plugs were provided which was a nice touch.

I love the way the staff was exceptionally helpful and polite with letting us know where places were to eat and take the metro to go sightseeing instead of a taxi every where. We saved money by taking the nearby metro. The restaurant that one of the staff members recommended and made reservations for us was very good!

Although clean the room was hot and uncomfortable when we got there. It was already hot outside so it would’ve been nice to come to a cool room after first day of arrival. The bed was hard and I wasn’t really able to sleep with the rooster crowing at 3am every morning. I guess that’s why the earplugs were on the nightstand. When you would run the water in the shower it would feel up like a bath tub so it needed a plumber. I informed the staff but it never got fixed during our stay there.

Bad location. A lot of immigrants around. Dirty streets around. Dangerous to go out at night.

Convenient for walking and metro, room was well appointed with resources (mini fridge, wifi, hairdryer, hydro shower, pulldown blinds), rooftop deck, STAFF were excellent (kind, helpful, friendly)

The communication of the staff was fantastic. Nice size room for my family of 3, very clean, would stay here again.

The noise level outside was a bit much, it’s on a main road so it’s understandable. I turned on white noise on my phone and it was fine.

Reasonably priced. apartment was easily acccessible

the rooms are stylish, chic, clean and spacious. I loved staying there. I liked to the rooftop bar for chilling time around sunset with a view of all of Athens

Just plead near to metro station that sit !

The place of hotel very bad there a lot of drug addicts and you can fell you are in gangster places!!! They ask me to pay Monday through visa when I arrive and there is no one in the reception just online chat !!!They not ask before and they said to me if you have just cash you are not allowed to get your room !! This is very bad !Hotel was not too busy and and when I asked them to have late checkout they didn’t accept after 12 o’clock even 1 hour It’s very bad experience I will not come again

Clean and tidy basic room value for money

Room temperature freezer even after complaining and someone looking at air con machine small gaps in window frame causing bad draft. Shower cubicle door missing causing shower to leak all over bathroom floor no free bottle of wine as promised on booking. Staff in apartment rude and arrogant. Only way of staying warm was the lie in bed under covers it was warmer outside than it was in room very limited supply of coffee, sugar and milk. Did not feel welcome during stay at all. Staff looking you up and down and thinking that they are better

Location was great and next to public transportation and the Hop On Hop Off station for the tour of Athens.

Location: the accommodation is right next to many brothels. The street is busy at all times but can be avoided by walking around or jumping straight into the metro. The surrounding district is very ugly and smelly anyways...Towel hangers were missing in our bathroom, making it quite hard to keep our towels dry and clean for a 4 day stay (for some reasons they skipped room service)

Easy check in and large room. Nice to have a tea and coffee machine.

No sound proofing at all which led to a very sleepless night. Because of this - would not book again.
