Trendy Hotel by Athens Prime Hotels

The hotel was in a good location. We didn't hear any noise at night. The breakfast was good.

However, the one complaint was that the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. All I could feel was the multiple wood bars in my back.

The keyless room access was a huge plus. I like the additional sofa bed for my daughter. The location was great cause it was close to the downtown. The rooftop bar and the customer service was 10 out of 10.

The breakfast was buffett style and stet up very nicely.

I am a frequent traveler for both business (US Government) and pleasure, I say that to say this, usless things go seriouly wrong I am not hard to please.

The people. From the night receptionist who welcomed us late into the night with a big smile, to the morning receptionist who found us a way to get through Athens despite the taxi strike.The room. With a REAL king-size bed for two and a mattress with no bounce.... An adult bathroom: large shower, etc.The room rate is very reasonable.

Nice hotel, very modern feeling. Cool location in the city center near interesting historical features and cool pubs.

Ants all over the breakfast tables. Location was very difficult for drivers to get to. Graffiti everywhere outside. Did not like the location it was at. Staff charging for water when there's no other options for water bottles.

The Family Room was spacious. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good.

The neighborhood was interesting…and the sheets in the bed were awful (very stiff and rough). Could have used more light in true bathroom.

Would not recommend to anyone until they get the water issue taken care of.

Our room was A03 it smelled of mist and mold. Our toilet worked 1 day out of 3. When we took a shower it leaked badly out of the bathroom into the bedroom and down the hall. The staff acted like it was a new problem when obviously it was an on going issue considering the mold

The hotel is clean, very friendly staff, close to city center, but we were really surprised when the stuff told us that our family room is on the -2 floor. Yes, in the description its written on ground floor, but ground is not the same as -2floor.

The location is fantastic. Although I found many comments that the zone was unsafe, we found it very safe and had easy access to all locations in the city. The place is very clean.

We had one sofa bed, which was a complete disaster. That piece of furniture shouldn't be on the property at all. Also, the room was in the basement area; there was a bit of a humidity smell when you entered.

I would like to thank the staff of Trendy Hotel for being so attentive and friendly. The room was super clean as well as sheets and towels were sparkling white. Shower gel and shampoos are great, too, it shows the management was choosing the best products. The room was rather big, has modern design, the mattress and pillows were lux. I came for a 1 day business trip and it was a perfect choice - walking distance from the metro (10 mins max) and also walking distance to the very center of Athens (25-30 mins) with shops, well known restaurants, tourist attractions. Breakfast was also included into my stay and it's a very nice generous buffet and you can order eggs the way you want. The reception is very helpful with directions and advice on restaurants. Thanks! Would totally book again.
