Pros +
- The location is excellent. The views from some of the rooms were beyond exceptional. The breakfast, compared to some other hotels, was lacking. There was a bowl of scrambled eggs, a little cheese, sometimes some meat, and coffee and juice. The breakfast only lasted from 8 - 10 am. This is very inconvenient if you have any morning tours in Athens as they usually begin by 8 or 8:30. The apartment penthouse room had an amazing balcony on the roof. You have a 360 degree view of Athens. You could not beat that. There is a table and chairs up there, so you can have dinner and/or drinks with friends and enjoy the Acropolis and views of the city at night. There are restaurants all around the area. I personally think the rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. I never have issues with hot water, and the elevator is big enough to get into with your luggage. The wifi worked well. Day staff is always friendly, and more than willing to help you find things, recommend things to do and even book tours for you. Rooms are always clean. The cleaning staff is so friendly and even though the water was only a welcome gift, when I asked if I could have a bottle, she gave me some to take out for the day (of course I tipped her very well, which she was so thankful for). They will make up beds and replace towels daily if you want. They do have those bottles of shampoo/body wash on the wall as far as toiletries (so bring your own shampoo and conditioner if you need a certain kind). They offer hairdryers in each rooms as well. If you are looking for an "American hotel," this isn't it. But, if you want a great hotel, at a good price, with a location you cannot beat... this is the place.
- Wonderful Staff, clean accommodation, excellent proximity to attractions and dining, and delicious breakfast
- Everything, After knowing that we had children and that we traveled all night, the staff granted us early checkin and breakfast free of charge. That was a great hospitality indeed and it made us win one more sight seeing day in athens.
Cons -
- The pictures of the rooms did not actually correspond to the rooms we were given. The apartment penthouse had an amazing balcony and 2 of the rooms were excellent. However, the 3rd room was a closet off of one of the rooms, and had no A/C. The 3rd toilet was actually on the rooftop balcony. If you have a lot of luggage, even if you take the elevator, you still have to climb a lot of stairs to make it up to the apartment. The other 3 rooms we were given did not look like the pictures at all. One of the rooms (meant for 2 people) should have had a kitchenette and 2 beds, and ended up being a one person room, no kitchenette, and a small bed. Another 2 person room was supposed to have 2 beds and only had 1. I wouldn't normally have a problem with this myself, but I was leading a group of women, and they were NOT happy. I did not know about the room situation for them until we left the hotel. I am sure the hotel would have fixed it would they have said something. We had to check in late, which meant we rang the bell and waited a few minutes for the night staff. He was not as friendly as the day staff. He did not offer to help anyone with luggage (we had a lot, and most of the women were in the upper 60s and 70s). Honestly - it was 4 am, I wouldn't be all that excited to help 8 women with 15 suitcases either. But he was the only staff we came across that wasn't helpful. Breakfast hours are inconvenient, and breakfast is lacking in variety, but it is a free breakfast.Really, these are not major things, and I will still use this hotel. But, I want to be transparent.
- Breakfast needs variation
- Room was very small. And bathroom very small. Ok for solo traveler or for just one night, but we were there 4 nights. It was tight

Staff very helpful, knowledgeable. Location perfect

Location was perfect. Walking distance to most everything. Lots of wonderful restaurants. Breckfast included was lovely.
Room was very small. And bathroom very small. Ok for solo traveler or for just one night, but we were there 4 nights. It was tight
Location. Comfortable size room and amenities.
Lot of safety concerns, like bunk bed ladder leg right by front door. Entry to luggage room with 3 ft door. Tiny elevator.
great location, walking distance to main streets and Acropolis - you can see it from the balcony:)
all great!
location just excellent, breakfast super delicious, fresh, organic.
all great!
Location was perfect and restaurant across the road was very delicious
The towels can be changed and floor can be wiped. Shower cap requires fixing
The location was perfect for walking to the Acropolis museum, Parthenon, and to restaurants and coffee. So nice to be on the outskirts of Athens and to avoid the downtown crazy.
Parking was a little stressful, but we found a paid parking lot not too far away to use and our car was perfectly safe.
The location was perfect - handy to the Acropolis and Metro, and a great tshirt store down the street . Excellent breakfast , helpful staff at desk and at dining , good value for location . Very Clean
Poor lighting in room especially at bed and living room. Very lack luster decor .
The location is great.
The room wasn’t anything like the picture. It felt quite sparse and only sleeping. The bathroom is a triangle and small. Big folks wouldn’t be able to move about. The rooftop bar isn’t on their rooftop but 6-7 blocks away, small and cramped, needing a code to get up to but weren’t given the code. It felt comical how opposite of the pictures and description given it was. The price was way too high for the value. It’s about the location.
location
no closets, to shampoo, no soaps, no tissues,
Excellent location, close to the Acropolis, many restaurants in the area.
There is a small elevator, accessibility is mainly by stairs. For a family it is a bit problematic.
Location, location location. Can’t beat it for being able to walk everywhere.
It’s clean, friendly and basic but very hospitable, friendly staff and again can walk to everything
The location could not be better - literally across the street from the Acropolis Museum and within easy walking distance to Plaka, restaurants, cafés, and all the major attractions. The staff were truly wonderful; Elena and the front desk went above and beyond by arranging and confirming a taxi from the airport before we even arrived, all on their own initiative. What impressed me most was the speed and efficiency of their service: we booked the room last-minute while still at the airport in Rodos, and by the time we landed in Athens (1hr later), the front desk had already secured and confirmed a taxi waiting for us at arrivals with my name on a sign. Everything was handled within minutes, giving us complete peace of mind. Breakfast was solid, and the overall service was proactive, attentive, and genuinely caring.
Our expectations were met and exceeded. The accommodations are simple and functional, offering the essential amenities needed for a comfortable stay. While not luxurious, the rooms provide exactly what is required for travelers who value location, amazing service, and convenience above all else.
So conveniently located. Maria was a fabulous staff member, everyone was extremely helpful. Clean and comfortable.
Reception staff were excellent and helpful. Luggage storage was helpful and no qualms for easy arrival or late departure. Adjacent laundry was convenient and worked well. Breakfast was good. Location was excellent for walking visitors.
Oddly, in bathroom (of Room 4) the voices in some adjacent space could easily be heard at a conversational level, so we kept the bathroom door shut always and talked in low voices so as not to be heard.
I liked that the property is walking distance to Athens Museum, near restaurants, entrance to Plaka and the Acropolis. I liked that the property allows you to keep luggages for safe keeping after check-out for zero fee. I found that the room we stayed in had a super comfortable mattress and pillows as well. A small fridge (complimentary 2 bottled water), hair dryer, coffee maker was provided in room, you will also find free breakfast buffet style at Taste Burger right outside of building. There is also a laundromat next to it-really convenient if you ran out of clean clothes while on vacation. Stayed for a night and had a great sleep! Staff were friendly and helpful.
I didn’t like that the room we stayed in was facing street view, we heard traffic noise and band playing. The room we stayed in had bare walls, could use pictures or painting on the wall. We found specks of mold in shower; bathroom needs a good cleaning and bleaching to get rid of mold. However, the shower pressure was excellent!
Location and kindlly staff
Breakfast is so simple. And check out is 11
