Pros +
- 5 minutes from train (we didn't end up using it tho)
- Location was quite good, but a little dangerous after 10
- Our room was clean on the first day
Cons -
- First off, there are stairs at the hotel and nobody helped us with our suitcases. Staff was weird. Like they kept being super stressed about non-guests being in the room for more than 20 minutes but I needed to help my father with the suitcases but they were stressing out. Unpleasant service. Room looked decent at first but was hot and they only gave 1 towel and it was dirty.
- Some homeless people outside, but it is everywhere in Athens
- Room that we saw on the picture and real room that they gave us, was very different rooms. Window was dirty, room was very small, was very smelly.

Our room was clean on the first day
We paid for 5 nights, and not once did we see a cleaner come to clean our room. We complained about it, and yet nothing was done . We basically have to request for change of towels our selves at reception and the second time we did, the old guy at the reception wasn't keen to give. He complained that we had requested already. We had our dirty towels in our rooms all through, and our bin was never changed. On the day of arrival, the old guy who checked us in asked if we needed to watch TV before giving us the remote. lol, we found this funny and didn't complain about it cos we were already tired from travelling and just needed to rest. They are not friendly at reception , they lack customer service skills. We had to check out on the 4th day because we just couldn't stand it anymore and needed a nice memorable place to stay . We paid for breakfast, and everything seemed cold, including hot water and coffee. No staff was ever around at the restaurant. The food was just made and left there.we only ate twice and never returned for breakfast. Its disappointing?
Excellent customer service ? Dora, is the best. The location is very close to the train station to go to Acrópolis, Plaka, and other places.
Room is basic but clean, walking distance from the train station and tube
erea not great
Location was good and 24/7 reception. Staff was friendly and was able to call a taxi on our behalf at 5am.
Holes in the shower curtain, wifi had very poor connection, paint was chipping off the walls. Vibe is outdated and a little eery.
Nothing !!!
Dirty, murdered, smoky room, stained linen, not fresh. Wi-Fi is not working!!
The Staff were alesys trying to be helpful.
I am surprised being aware that I,m disabled that you booked me into an Hotel with 16 stepps from Street to Reception only to find it did not have any Handrails throughout the Hotel due to some ancient Classical entitlement. However despite this problem the stay was extremely comforyable.
The location of the hotel is perfect. 3 minute walk from the metro and the suburban railway so you can go to anywhere you want in Athens/Piraeus very easily.
The air conditioning is awful. All the ac in the hotel is controlled by a central ac system that the staff sometimes puts on 29 Celsius.
Perfect place to stay, arrived from the airport and the next morning early leaving by train again.
Good location close to the railway station. Helpful stat.Good value for the money.
A small single room, good only for one night stay.
Great location near to station and metro. Nice old building with character , everything worked in room and was very clean. Bed nice and firm, mini balcony was a bonus. Staff quietly friendly, looked after bags while I was visiting Athens
WiFi a little slow, but that may be a problem in the area.
It was cheap.
The shower is really small ( max 50x50). They couldn't find a remote for tv. The fridge in the room was empty and not plugged in. AC barely worked, toilet needed 10 minutes to refill for a single flush. The light above mirror was missing a bulb and protective cover, so it was just a single bulb and empty live socket in a room where there is a lot of water. The hair dryer had a hole in the cover. They demanded i pay with cash, and i had to ask two times to get receipt. Location is really bad. I thought beforehand that because its 200 meters from metro would be good. But the street to the hotel is scary. There were homeless people sleeping literally 10 meters away from the hotel entrance. The big trash bins along the street were emptied by homeless people all the time, so i had to maneuver between trash when walking to hotel. I didn't dare to walk the street after dark.
Close to train and metro and a supermarket.
Air conditioning did not work in our room on a very hot night but the staff were excellent in relocating us to a room where it worked which we appreciated. Not much to see in this area.
The staff is very polite and helpful, near the metro station
The air condition not working, the internet the last day didn't work , small room, very small shower, The area around the hotel it's not the best, many junkies, and not clean, not recommended, DON'T STAY THERE
The hotel is located close to the main railway station so easy to get to. Reception staff were really helpful with recommendations on places to eat, location of supermarkets etc.
The Air-conditioning did not work well but we were provided with a fan which helped.
Its a safe location ,near larissa station .affordable and clean. its good for short stay
I didn't like the room for last two nights .It was without curtains .and sun coming since morning from window
The location is great, just a couple of blocks of one of the main train and metro stations so you can go anywhere in Greece very easy and fast from here, the neighborhood is not the nicest area but I felt very safe by walking alone during the day until 9 pm on summer bc it’s still some sun light and a lot of people walking around, the staff are amazing friendly and helpful, the rooms are quiet, they have a nice view from the rooftop, the hotel has elevator for the luggage which is a blessing.
The room has a small fridge and it was out of service, also the AC was not working properly but I guess they fixed them when we left.
Very close to a train station and a very good supermarket .Nice room with no noise coming from outside, staff are very friendly and polite
