The staff were attentive, friendly, and very helpful. The hotel is in a great location with the best breakfast we had in Europe. Their guest amenities make you feel valued and like you are part of their family. We really enjoyed our stay. Fantastic!

This is probably the first time when I rate a hotel with 10. Everything was just perfect in this small (maybe 16 rooms?) boutique hotel - location, staff, property, comfort, breakfast, price. No question where to stay next time. Breakfast was exceptional.A tip - just opposite is a small very basic restaurant, only 5-6 tables. It is exactly such a hidden gem, where food is cooked with love.Another tip - don't use metro for airport, bus X95 is so much better option! Both go from Syntagma.

Nothing really. To write something - twin bed would be better than queen bed, but it is just personal.

The reception staff at Sweet Home Hotel were exceptional, kind, funny, and so so helpful! The room was so beautiful, big and airy, on the 3rd floor with a balcony. The bed and bedding were comfy and lovely and the shower hot. Breakfast was gorgeous and delicious. We loved our time there.

The room shown with a balcony stated a beautiful view. The balcony room we stayed in had a tiny balcony with only a view of the walls surrounding the entire balcony.

It was a very cozy atmosphere. We felt right at home. Great staff, so clean, great and safe location! Would def. recommend to everyone that we know! A+++++++

This hotel is in a good location and the breakfast was good.

I booked this hotel based on reviews saying the staff were super friendly and helpful. Sadly, my husband and I didn’t have that experience at all. For the most part I would say the staff ignored us although I did have one interaction where a staff person was rude to me one morning at breakfast. We did, however, witness staff being incredibly friendly and helpful to other guests (e.g., asking other guests if they wanted a special coffee and talking with other guests about their plans and making recommendations) so I can attest that some people get great service here I just don’t know what you have to do to earn that. Considering that we could have stayed at other hotels in the same neighborhood for the same price and only booked this hotel based on reviews saying the service was great this was a serious disappointment.

The property was beautiful, in a fantastic location too! Staff very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and much appreciated before we headed out to explore beautiful Athens!

The bathroom was too tight and the door hinge in the middle stuck out on the inside making it even smaller .

I booked 3 rooms at different levels and the front desk person handed out the room keys instead of handing them to me to distribute on basis of who paid for each room.

Excellent location. We could walk to most of the sites we wanted to see. Great restaurants in the area as well. The property was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Outstanding breakfast. Gave good directions on location because it was on a little side street.

Toilet seat was missing when we arrived, but was fixed with in a day.

The bathroom was small compared with the size of the bedroom which had lots of space. It was comfortable for our overnight stay

This is our second time staying in Sweet Home. It is truly a treasure in Athens. The room was impeccably clean and beds are the soooo comfortable with beautiful linens.The breakfast is incredible with homemade breads, pastries , spanakopita , fresh fruits and vegetables.. anything you could ever want.Staff is so friendly and helpful. Sweet home is definitely like home! Thank you for the beautiful stay!
