Location.

Bed was flimsy and noisy. Also, no elevator!

Cheap, have a nice balcony and perfect location.

People can be loud. You have to deposite 5 euros for the magnetic card. It was the worst bed ever! It made so much noise. It can be nice a small fridge.

The location was very good.

A very basic room for the price. Incredibly noisy - windows blocked virtually no noise from loud rooftop bar and noisy street. Uncomfortable bed with poor air conditioning - either blasting cold or off.

Excellent location. Very central and close to the subway. Walking distance for many key destinations

We got wonderful adjoining rooms on the 6th floor. The balcony was awesome. The only issue was that the floor above is a rooftop restaurant and every time anybody moved furniture it would be very loud. Late at night this was not pleasant when we were trying to get a good nights sleep.

Excellent en staff, patient and helpful.

Broken shower and no door, would soak the toilet paper. Breakfast was overpriced in booking but available for less onsite.

Everything the bedrooms are not good and the bathroom doesn't have any towels also no lockers the lockers doesn't have locks a lot of unknown people with you

Confirmation number 6510411064 room 22We were the shower without hot water then contact the front desk, and they informed the boiler in the building broken couldn’t fix until Monday 10/20Then we talked to assistant manager name Panos to have the results, but he didn’t have authority to move the room has hot water or another location. He temporarily suggested using share shower dom room in another building, and we try to escort my wife to shower, but I got stop someone in the room it was difficultly and inconvenient We would like you to find the resolution to get the new room or compensation or anything else you must do, Please let me know as soon as possible

I would like to some refund compensation as they promised.

Got a private room; was very comfortable. Amazing location! Was able to do laundry there (cost was 8 Euro). Quiet at night. Very central to walk. Close to metro stop- was easy to metro from the airport. Had lockers where we could store belongings all day after check out (was 4 Euro to rent the locker). My friend and I were able to split the cost of 1 locker and store all our belongings (2 roller bags, 2 small backpacks, large tote bag).

The storage cupboard was so much bigger than I expected for a hostel, this was my first hostel stay.

The location is very central, with easy access to sights and transit. The staff were generally very friendly and helpful. The value for a private room with this location was really good.

Even though I was in a single, private room, it was quite loud at night. The bed and pillows weren't good, so coupled with the noise, it wasn't the best night of sleep.

The best things about this hostel are: the COMFORTABLE BEDS .....the LOCATION at Monastiraki Square at the foot of the Acropolis.....the spacious LOUNGE area in the lobby area (where one can work on a computer/laptop)......and the rooftop bar and view.

There was a terrible SMELL in the room when I arrived --- of leftover FOOD (possibly eaten in the room).They do not accept cash, or take WALK-IN RESERVATIONS at the front desk. A visitor must do everything online/phone.

I didn't know that a lock would be useful. I'd take one from home.

The hardest part was the room was very bright for sleeping and a little noisy but both are to be expected in a city.

The Location was Excellent.

The Tiny Washroom and there was no curtain so the toilet would get wet and also the floor. They would place a towel that would end up getting super Soaked so the floor was always Nasty and wet. Also no extra pillows. The room was Hot and finally the 2nd day I had to say something to one of the attendants for them to turn on the AC...

The location was extremely convenient being right next to Monastiraki Square. Everything was in walking distance including the Acropolis. The front desk staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.

The shower did not have a door/curtain so the whole bathroom was wet after someone showered (toilet, sink, floor) which was not pleasant. The bed was squeaky so I made a noise every time I moved in the bed which may have been annoying to the other guests in the room.

The staff were excellent, very friendly and accommodating. The common area was nice, spacious.

The smell coming from the toilet into the room was awful. I'm not sure if all the rooms are like that but it was impossible to ignore and really got to me. The worst thing though was the beds. They creaked and groaned every time I moved so I was worried about bothering the person above me, and every time they moved they woke me up with the horrible sound. It was impossible to turn around in the bed without shaking the whole thing. I could handle this for the one night I was there but god I couldn't have handled it any more.

Incredible location close to the metro station and monastiraki area excellent view of the Acropolis on the rooftop lovely morning and sunsets view

It’s very centered and close to everything. If I was tired by walking around , I just made a couple stop during day in the hostel and got rested. Charged my phone and had some AC. Besides that they have a rooftop, I made some really good friend from the hostel and we all met in the rooftop during happy hour. Enjoy the rooftop, it has a wonderful view and Philip works at the bar, he is such a nice person. I am really gonna miss a lot this hostel.
