Nice view, clean room , comfortable room , nice bed

We asked for early breakfast ( 30 minutes earlier than the usual) and there was only fruit , 2 biscuits, and a water , but still it was okay ?

Breakfast was OK, everything else was exceptional. Bed is very comfortable as well as the temperature in and out of the rooms. Location is great with access to buses and metro.

Breakfast could have more fasting options. other than that everything was great.

Big comfortable room, good facilities. Decent range of options at breakfast. Helpful and pleasant staff. The big reception area, bar and sitting room are luxuries that are sadly missing from modern boutique hotels. You feel you are staying in a grand, traditional establishment.

I would have scored the stay higher but there were workmen on the scaffolding right outside my window, making a lot of noise at about 8 in the morning. That didn't disadvantage me unduly on this occasion, but if I had been trying to work or engage in a romantic tryst it would have been extremely intrusive. There was also a privacy issue. I don't think they should have filled the rooms that were clearly going to be directly affected by the building works.

One thing showers…glass wall needed to be extended out further floor ends up as wet as shower floor ok 2nd thing should be an iron and board in every room…toilet bowl black scratch marks in center of bowl could be taken out with comet

The property has an amazing rooftop, open till 1am . Perfect location to wind down and enjoy your evening.

The property had a terrible smell, the rooms smelled terrible. Staff were very unfriendly , especially the curly haired older lady who was the parking attendant. The maids barely cleaned the rooms everyday. Only made the beds, never once cleaned the restroom during our 6 day stay. Also be prepared to pay 18 euros a day for parking because parking isn’t included in the hotel stay.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are comfy and location is perfect. 4-5 metro stations away from Plaka and Acropolis.

You have to spend 10€ at the pool bar/restaurant if you want to use the sunbeds, even as a guest.

The hotel has a nice location , 8 minutes walk from the metro station. It has a good variety of coffee shops around it and the best Thai restaurant in Athens within a 5 minutes walk.Overall its a good place to be in if you visit Athens if you don't use the pool too much

The prices at the pool's restaurant are outrageous, $5.5 for a 250ml bottle of coke!. $17 for Cesar salad. If you take sun beds you are forced to a $20 min order.

We had three bookings so I will kindly give this hotel three reviews. I have nothing nice to say about them.I made a mistake on one of the bookings and they said that they understood that mistakes can happen but they could do nothing about it, they could not help me at all. I assumed my mistake but two days later when the rest of the family arrived they gave us a room which had BED BUGS, which we consider an unacceptable mistake from their part. However they already had our money and didn’t have the decency to dive us a refund. They didn’t even apologize and we had to wait for the manager to come so they could give us a new room. The new room smelled musty. We wanted a refund but all they did was sending a plate with fruit. On the next day the cleaning staff left the place with the half eaten fruit. We had to put it on the corridor.All the time we felt like all they cared was to have our money. Nothing to make us feel like they cared about their clients.

Good value for money, comfortable beds, very nice decor, helpful staff

We were located on the top floor and the water pressure was really poor

Very friendly staff and convenient location.

We stay at President every year when we visit Greece due to its convenient location but we notice that the quality of stay has deteriorated over the years. Breakfast is not so good anymore and the hotel needs some renovation.

Very nice, clean and spacious room. The staff was always nice and eager to help. Beautiful views from the rooftop bar with a pool, especially during sunset. And a nice convenient gym for when on vacation. The location as well is very convenient to get to the city center.

Beautiful pool! Decent fitness room. Lovely staff!
