Nice bathroom and the staff was wonderful

No one told me the name of the hotel had changed so I was looking for Brown Lighthouse when it no longer existed

The staff. Everyone very friendly. Hotel employee was very helpful with luggage and information. The staff at the pool bar were SO friendly and professional.

One thing I have an issue with is hair and finding hair on the room floor several times was very unpleasant. I?m talking long hair on my socks while walking around the room. I?m bald so it definitely wasn?t mine.

Hotel is centrally located with access to the metro right outside the doors. And it offers the most amazing breakfast we have ever had at any hotel - that was served from 7 a.m. until 12 noon! Excellent bakeries/restaurants nearby.

Hotel decor is very dark (black and gold theme). Rooms are TINY. Pictures of hotel pool online misrepresent it -- it is small, shallow, and the view of the acropolis is not great. Tons of graffiti around neighborhood and dirty streets.

If i could give the staff a higher rating I would. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beds were also excellent.

I loved the location. And staff were very nice . The swimming pool was beautiful!

The bathroom was too small and smelly. There was not breakfast at the property. We had to drive to go to a coffee shop.

Breakfast, location, staff attitude.

The room was smelling bad from the toilet. I informed the info but they couldn't able to solve it. My other colleague also stayed at the same time & had the same problem. I had to open the balcony door to improve the air quality. The foul smell was too strong. The interior design was bad as I didn't have a proper place to work with my laptop.Bed placed inclined & was difficult to move inside the room. My dresses need to be put on the hangers, which are very close to the tea water boiler & coffee maker.

Close to airport, shopping mall and Parthenon. Very pretty inside.

Rough neighborhood to walk through. My door was opened twice from strangers.

Very kind staff, nice design, super comfortable bed and upgrade free breakfast that we got. We were really happy about breakfast which was really delicious and that offers wide variety of options.

Windows supposed to offer way better isolation considering the central position of the hotel.There was a little smell that was coming from drain but since the weather is nice you can open the door and it is not a problem to refresh the air in the room.

The location of the hotel is very problematic. I didn't feel comfortable at all staying there and left after 2 hours. Even though it is close to the the city center, I wouldn't stay there by myself.

Great breakfast and location proximal to metro. Rooftop lounge with view of the Parthenon. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Balcony overlooked Omonia Square.

Awkward, small, marginally functional room and bathroom layout. Dark paint and black finishes make reading, shaving, etc challenging. No reasonable place in room for luggage. Rooms were not comfortable to occupy/use - except for sleeping.

The breakfast is incredible. The drinks were good, too.

The pool maybe could be open a little bit later? The pool closing at 7pm makes it so crowded from 3-7. There were never any beds available.

The bartender was excellent. Breakfast was amazing

Didn't get 2 twin beds. Our room view was of a wall across the court.

Great location, modern , and convenient amenities.The bed was so comfortable! The room although small was laid out well. The breakfast buffet was convenient and delicious , plenty of options to choose from. Staff were kind and very helpful. We loved going up to the rooftop for dinner and relaxation. This place wont disappoint!

The rooms could use better lighting for getting ready and in the bathrooms. Other than that although rooms were small they were laid out well.

Staff friendly, location if you target the city is fine very accessible to metro, nearby restaurants, good view.Breakfast was great, rooftop is good, gym need abit upgrade.

The 10th floor.

The loud music from the 10th floor late at night made it difficult for us to go to sleep. Also, the lighting in the bathrooms and near other mirrors made it difficult to see to put makeup on.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. My room was very modern and clean with an amazing street view. I enjoyed coffee there every morning. The pool was super relaxing with a fantastic restaurant and great menu. On the subject, add breakfast to your stay. It is an absolute must! Everything is delicious and the selection is out of this world.The hotel is not in Plaka but you know what... it's a plus because you get to walk more and burn some calories after the amazing breakfast. You also get to see more than just a ton of shops, coffee houses, and restaurants. You get to see what people staying in Plaka don't- a little bit if real Athens with all its charm.Finally and most importantly, the staff were extraordinary- one of the kindest and friendliest people you'll ever meet. They just warm your heart with going above and beyond to help you. I can honestly say I've never experienced such exceptional customer service! Thank you so much for all you have done for me, particularly to Christo and Tatianna - amazing employees and wonderful people. I still miss your smiles and positivity. Love you guys!

Great location... very stylish... the beds were comfortable... and the breakfast had a great selection along with mimosas!
