The Staff were extremely friendly and supportive. The location of the property was close to nice restaurants and shopping areas. The property is in a very safe area of the city.

Everything was great

This boutique hotel was in a great location, we could walk everywhere from here. We stayed 4 nights and it was the perfect spot for us. Our room, the bed, the bathroom were very comfortable. The breakfast room was lovely and the breakfast was excellent (buffet choices and cooked to order included). The staff is extremely nice and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here (and we're a bit on the fussy side??).

The hotel needs a designated loading zone for pickup and drop off. Our driver had to stop traffic on the street while we unloaded our baggage. It's not a busy street, just a single lane, one way street, but it would be better for everyone if they just had a parking spot out front.

Except for the spacious, gorgeous rooms, beds were the most comfortable we slept on in Greece, the breakfast was amazing and delicious but most of all the kindnesses, helpfulness and generosity of the staff was out standing. We got recommendations for good restaurants, where to visit. And everyone went out of their way to let us have the most amazing ot times.

Clean and pretty. The guys in the concierge were amazing, they helped with everything with a great attitude. The staff at breakfast was ok. The breakfast was fine.

Bad experience

When I have checked in they took from me 150 EUR and told me they would give me back after checking out. When I checked out they didn’t give me my money.

The room was great for our stay, little small for 5 people but it was expected. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Location is good a the hotel has a partner hotel nearby with rooftop bar with spectacular view to the acropolis. The staff were very nice and helpful specially Savvas, which made pure stay unforgettable.

The hotel scam me

We haves booked a room for 3 people. We found that the room has a very tiny wardrobe that can not fit our clothes . No place to place our suits case (we had large 3 cases and 3 small ones). Food was not good. Location is scary and not like the picture’s. On top of that I cancel my reservation after 1 day and they refuse to refunds me for the remaining days. I end up losing more than AED 15,000 that is US$ 4000 . This hotel is not 5 star as they claiming barely 3 stars . On top of this. I have booked the hotel via booking.com. When I asked booking to help out they kept me on hold trying to get out of it.
