The staff was very helpful by answering all our questions about Athens, giving recommendations, and seeing to our every need. A very enjoyable stay.

.The location was very close to Monastiraki train station, about a 5-minute walk from Ermou Street and the city center.It was also extremely close to bars and nightlife.The hotel itself was situated right in the heart of the action.The breakfast was continental and not really to our taste, but when you factor in the value for money, it is definitely recommended.

Location was amazing, right in the middle of everything, shops, restaurants, singing, music, we loved it!! This was our 3rd trip to Athens during this month. Love the Location!! Great Breakfast!

Poor ability for handicap to access easily. No handle bars on the stairs, no elevator.

The location was great! Very close to main bus and train services and the markets along with heaps of eateries.The staff were helpful when we needed some advice on where to pick up our rental car. The breakfast ladies were also very sweet and made terrific breakfasts.

Curtain in our room was partially off the rails and could have been fixed so curtains could be completely closed as there are a lot of lights outside ( blockouts would be perfect)Although the hotel is down a narrow street ( almost a laneway) there is a huge amount of noise from businesses with music pumping out and people talking/shouting that can continue til 1-3 am. I realise that this cannot be controlled by the hotel - but take your earplugs if noise is an issue for you at night.

The location close to the cruise ship dock was very convenient. Also within walking distance of lots of Naples and also close to bus stations.

The elevators to access the rooms were very small and cost you 10 cents during the day.

The location is perfect. It is close to the town square and within walking distance to so many attractions. We walked everywhere and saw almost everything we wanted to see. The only taxi we needed was for the airport. There are stores for all of your needs within a city block in any direction. With all of the commotion at all hours, the location was quiet.Staff were very friendly and willing to help with any questions we had.

Loved the convenient location in downtown Athens. Just minutes from a metro stop and many great restaurants. The staff was very friendly and gave good recommendations when we asked. The suit had plenty of space with a queen bed downstairs and two singles beds for our kids upstairs. The place was clean, the beds comfortable and the towels soft.

The shower was unnecessary complicated. It was like stepping into a car wash and took a while to figure out how to turn it on and how to switch between the many different possible settings.

Excellent location to explore Athens. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very helpful. Good buffet style breakfast.Don't be put off by the exterior. It's fine inside

The staff were very nice and gave us a lot of information. When we first arrived we felt the neighborhood was a bit run down but it really wasn’t and the location was excellent! Many outdoors restaurants, that were very good close by. A great, fun bar just down the street. The breakfast was fine, nothing special.The suite was a nice size.

Here are a few things they could improve on. Towels, we only had a bath towel, no hand towel or wash cloth or bath mat. The drapes were very worn and depressing. There was NO view, just a cement wall, some plants might help. The shower soap and shampoo was awful, actually there were the same product in a tiny squeeze tube. Hangers in the closet were all miss matched and NO dresser. Also, no tissue.The breakfast area is just next door, in the basement. Not a pretty way to start your day but it was included.Overall, they could greatly improve on the decor.

The receptionist was very friendly and gave us great recommendations! The rooms were very clean and the location was awesome.

breakfast could be better, food was limited. our flight was very early in the check out morning so we informed the receptionist the evening before and he simply said 'then you can't have breakfast'.tbh we waited a more kind response like 'would you like a sandwich' etc. this would be our reason for not to stay there again.

Room with the Elephants was great! There was plenty of room to spread out and having a worktable was very useful. The breakfast room was delightful and our breakfast was perfect.

We liked the hotel, its location is great, close to numerous restaurants and bars, Monastiraki metro station and walking distance to the main sights. It was clean and comfortable, with a decent breakfast.

Everything was very clean, the location was great, the staff was incredibly friendly, we were very well accommodated, we highly recommend this hotel

A lot of noise the main gate downstairs,when it shuts it sends shock to the whole building.Excessive street noise.Bed mattresses horrible had severe back pain.

The location is perfect to see all the best places in Athens. The room is good size, clean, shower very good and modern. The staff is very nice. On the arrival gave very good suggestions where it was best to eat, drink and what to see. Big thank you to them. Sorry, I don't remember the names. I would recommend the hotel!!

There is nothing to not like. All was great. Only the first impression of the street can fool you. But the area is safe and good. Just a lot of graffiti.
