great location

Amazed to find such a comfy, affordable room right next to the Metro from the airport and in the center of town. And since staying alone for just 1 night, found the room spacious and the bathroom excellent! At this price, often rooms are closets. This was not!

The block out front is a little cheesy, but just stroll around the corner and you are in a sea of outdoor bars and restos. One block! Not a problem.

St Bjur Suites is in a fantastic location in central Athens and very convenient to the metro.Our room was comfortable and quiet. The host was helpful providing tourist information and booking a transport car to the airport. The breakfast, that was complimentary to guests at a nearby cafe, was delicious and filling. We walked to all our planned destinations in the city from the hotel.

The location directly next to the Monastaraki Metro stop is super handy! The staff is terrific - friendly & helpful. Just know there is no lobby but I was only overnighting so I did not need a lobby. The bed and linens were great! Bring your sound machine as this is in the middle of the action so can be a little noisy.

Bring an eye mask, my room had a lit exit sign that I could not turn off.

Amazing Staff - they were super helpful to guide us for restaurants, attractions and so many other things. Room was spacious and clean. Great location as well.

The property is listed as a 4-star hotel, but it is not a hotel at all — in reality it is more like a guesthouse. There was a strong sewage smell inside the elevator. For breakfast we had to leave the building and go to a separate restaurant. The breakfast menu only included four plate options, and we were allowed to order only one type of drink.Moreover, the breakfast shown in the photos was completely different from what was actually served, and the real plates had nothing to do with the advertised pictures.

Location. It was tucked away on a busy street close to everything.

Great location, plenty of room , great room amenities. The staff was amazing and accommodating. Maria was there for our arrival and was helpful in recommending places to eat and they were spot on ! She also arranged airport pick up and transfer back to our flights the next day . There is also staff available 24/7 which was very convenient since we arrived later in the evening .

We were only there for one night and found everything to be satisfactory.

The location was outstanding. Close to night life, restaurants, shopping, and hop 0n/hop off transportation. The front desk was manned 24 hours a day and they were all so very helpful.

Very difficult to find. Although the breakfast was included, it was not clear on the web site that you would be walking 2 blocks to get to the restaurant. The web site indicated that there was an airport shuttle available. The shuttle was a taxi and cost 65 Euros. The shower was located in the room, not the bathroom.

The place was clean and the staff were nice.

Place was really hard to find. It was loud until around 2am. The AC unit would only stay on for about 15 minutes then it would shut off and we would have to turn it off and on again. The mattress was uncomfortable. The Bruncher was the breakfast place that was included with the stay and the food was terrible.

I stayed for 3 nights. There was no refill of water or coffee. I asked for water once and they brought it right away. I was planning to give a tip on the last day, but is that a bad idea?

Very close proximity to Monistraki Square. Our complementary breakfast at Brunchers was a bonus. We could see the Acropolis from our window. We had just finished a cruise and this was a great way to be in the middle of things.

Could barely hear the noise from one of the busiest streets in Athens I was so so pleasantly surprised! Bed was comfortable and staff friendly.

It was our first time in Greece and by chance we booked the St.bjur through booking.com and let me tell you something, this hotel is the best hotel to stay in while visiting Athens! The location is perfect, right at the center of the action. A few steps away is the square bustling with life. A few more steps and you're at the entrance of the "Athens Flea Market". A nice walk to the Acropolis and Parthenon. The hotel makes sure to take great care of the guests. They booked our airport transfer/pick up and drop off. They include a delicious breakfast daily. Elena at the front desk is Amazing! She was so accommodating and treated us sooo good. She is phenomenal and i truly believe she made our stay a very special one. On our last day in Athens, our flight was leaving very early, and unfortunately we could not go to get breakfast but Elena made sure to call the restaurant and have them prepare boxed to go meals so we could still eat our food. The hotel is extremely clean and updated. The room smelled fantastic with essential oils. Overall one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. Received 5 star treatment.

There was nothing i disliked. Everything was perfect!

Breakfast was very good, served just two blocks away from the hotel. The place itself was nice and comfortable, and the food was tasty. It was a pleasant way to start the day.

The lobby was far below expectations. It was too small, lacked air conditioning, and had no seating available. Instead of feeling like a welcoming space, it felt uncomfortable and uninviting. After a long day of travel, this was disappointing and made the first impression quite poor.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with several aspects of our recent stay at the property:1. Housekeeping was done only once during our stay, no one cleaned our room or replaced towels, coffee cups, or toiletries like shampoo… while we left a note before leaving to clean our room.2. No staff was available during the night, and our attempts to reach out via WhatsApp or phone calls were ignored.3. Breakfast service was unacceptable. For two consecutive days, we did not receive our breakfast. Despite informing the staff that we had early tours and cruises (starting at 7:30 AM), they refused to accommodate an earlier breakfast time, even though early breakfasts are standard in most hotels.This lack of flexibility and basic hospitality negatively impacted our travel plans and overall experience.We choose your property based on expectations of quality and service, but unfortunately, those expectations were not met. I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve your guest services in the future.Regards,Rana
