    Pros +

    • Although we missed first two days of booking due to flights and weather, the manager greeted us at midnight the night of our arrival and showed us to our room. Our room was spacious and tastefully decorated and large compared to a hotel room. Breakfast the next morning was ample (think omelette , pastry, fruit) and service great. We were only a block from the Acropolis in a part of town which is rising in popularity for its restaurant scene. Wish we had had time to explore more as the location was a perfect base. Manager arranged a car to take us to the port for our cruise embarkation and wouldn’t let us touch our bags.
    • We had a great stay with our family. The host was fantastic and the breakfast was great. So close to the Acropolis! Location was great away from the tourist areas.
    • The hotel was exceptionally clean! And the breakfast was delicious! The staff was very helpful with lots of recommendations.

    Cons -

    • Would have appreciated a compromise on a refund for two days we missed since we informed them several weeks in advance, but I did book non-refundable so that’s on me. I would definitely stay here again.
    • I do wish there were electrical outlets on both sides of the bed. But really great place to stay.
    • Everything was lovely.

The hostess was so kind and had absolutely every detail attended to so our travels were stress free. The location is perfect for visiting the Acropolis. Breakfast was amazing and perhaps the most perfectly made cappuccino I’ve ever had. In other words- this is the ONLY place to stay in Athens!

    Everything was lovely.

The room was very elegant and comfortable for our family of 3. You can walk to all the main attractions and there are lots of great restaurants nearby. Mariana takes excellent care of the property and the guests. Tip: if you stay in the signature room you will have an amazing view from the Acropolis.

Close to all main landmarks and clean.

No shower-hose hanger. The shower hose was there but one got to hold it manually all the time.

    10KazuoPosted on: 4-30-2025

The location was great! It was just a few minutes to the entrance of the Acropolis. The room was very clean and nicely designed. Mariana has a lovely smile and is cheerful and willing to help you with anything. If I go back to Athens, I would definitely book this hotel again.

The manager was very accommodating and very helpful as well. We arrived early from our cruise ship, and she worked hard to get us into a room as soon as we arrived. She was full of information regarding points of interest to us, and directed us to a delightful rooftop restaurant for a romantic dinner with the Parthenon clearly in view.

Not much. It was a bit pricier than one that had been recommended to us, but we paid extra for the superior location, and to avoid some negatives we saw in reviews of the larger hotel.

Excellent location, delightful staff and big comfy rooms.

The hotel is gorgeous, very classy and clean. Mariana and the rest of the staff are very kind and attentive. The room was full of marble and very well decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast just as good as everything else. It is on a strategic point in Athens if you want to go to all the tourist locations.

The location is perfect, very close to Acropolis. The hotel itself is very well designed and furnished. The breakfast was nice.

The room was nice but it was in a basement ..the reception was very blunt telling us that if we don't like the room we can talk to booking. No attempt to solve the issue. One night, there was a cocroach in the room since it's a basement. The floors were beautiful stone but slippery, the air-conditioner was directed towards kids bed, and there was no other ventilation. And the price was about 360 per night so..not good value for money.

A really welcoming, comfortable and close to everything property. Breakfast was also AMAZING! The host made so much effort on every level, from the moment we arrived later at 1am! A short walk to the museum, the Acropolis and main sights of the city.

Nothing we did not like here and if we came back to Athens in the future would have no hesitation in looking to stay here again. Thoroughly recommended!

Amazing location for touring the acropolis and walking to amazing restaurants and shopping. You will never need a taxi once there. The hostess was incredibly gracious and kind. Breakfast was wonderful as well.

Lobby was hot and staircase was tight. But it was charming.

Amazing location adjacent to the acropolis. Old authentic Greek building.

We booked Superior Suite which located on ground level and was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 children. Beautiful and comfortable room with spacious bathroom. Location is perfect as you can walk to Acropolis, Acropolis museum, shopping area and restaurants. The personal is very friendly. We like everything.

Our side of the room was noisy but don’t forget, this is central location . Also breakfast had a limited choice. I would add more healthy options like sourdough bread, almond or soya milk for coffee, coffee latte or cappuccino would be great additions.

    10DonnaPosted on: 6-5-2024

Fabulous location . The staff was amazingly helpful and nice. Wonderful stay .

Shower leaked really bad all over the floor.

Incredible location within steps of the main historic area but on a quiet side street. The customer service was a 5 star experience with Marianna and staff willing to go above and beyond! Breakfast was prepared based on preferences every morning and Sophie was a joy with a strong sense of pleasing the guests. We highly recommend this boutique!!

    10CURTISPosted on: 5-31-2024

The location and the hotel itself are perfect. I would recommend the room with the view of the Acropolis, especially. The staff is especially friendly and helpful, too.

    Nothing--all was perfect

Location was perfect. Breakfast was amazing. Great, friendly staff.

Honestly there was nothing bad about this place. We found it absolutely charming.

    10IanPosted on: 5-2-2024

What a find! Excellent location, all sites were walkable. The room was fantastic, spotlessly clean and very well appointed with all amenities. The hostess Mariana was really helpful regarding sites to see and supplying a map and information. And the breakfast was equalling lovely in a charming outside area.

    Nothing!
