Location is simply the best in Athens

Rude staff , especially in the Bistro area for breakfast

Location and the staff was really good. The breakfast was not an ordinary one. The room was clean and comfortable enough.

The soundproof level of the windows in the room was not so good enough. We heard all the noises throughout the night.

This was not our first stay at this hotel, which made this experience especially disappointing.Upon arrival, our room was not ready, and although we were told our luggage would be safely stored, we later found it left unattended in the middle of the lobby, accessible to anyone.At breakfast, despite pre-selecting a time, there was not enough seating for our group, and we were asked to sit separately.Requests regarding late check-out were met with unclear answers, with staff redirecting us from one person to another.On the day of departure, we were treated in a highly unprofessional and disrespectful manner by a front desk employee named Christina, who interrupted us, laughed in our faces, and refused to involve a manager.Overall, the service during this stay was disappointing and inconsistent.

Such a great property. It is located just blocks from Syntagma square, in the hub of activity. Shopping, restaurants and sights abound. It is small and elegant. They’ve managed to tuck in a cafe, reception area and rooms in a manner that is open and makes everything seem larger than it is. Brilliant design. Staff were helpful and delightful. And the breakfast was outstanding.

The included breakfasts and location make this a very favorable place to stay! The staff were very kind and helpful as well.

Great breakfast, clean, staff helpful.

Our room on 5th floor had a musty smell when you first walked in, then you did not notice once in for a min or so. .it was strange. So stayed in room and did not ask to move.

This was my second stay over a two week period (stayed on both ends of a trip). I really liked my room the first time. The second time, not so much. The room was ok but worn out.

This property was amazing. Our flight got cancelled due to an air strike and we booked this the night before for 3 nights. The rooms were clean and stunninglyBeautiful. The beds so comfortable. The view great. The breakfast, which you choose yourself, was delicious! And the location was perfect to do all things Athens!

Hotel was very nice and it was a great retreat away from the hustle and bustle of Athens. Lovely staff! Rooms were modern and spacious! Loved the showers. Also the breakfast was such a great feature!!

We originally booked a room that we didn’t like when we got to the hotel. We asked to change it the 2nd night and they were so nice and accommodating! We’ve stayed here 3 times and love it. Great breakfast and lovely, friendly staff!

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful to us in suggesting locations to visit. The hotel is located in a great neighborhood which is close to the historic sites as well as shopping and entertainment.

2-story room with view of Acropolis from the jacuzzi tub was amazing. Breakfast was very good. Bed and pillows very comfortable and wooden interior looked great

Elevator was a bit tight, although that is not unusual for Athens. I was surprised there wasn't a peephole in the door for security, but I felt very safe.

Absolutely loved the room. The bathroom was huge and had a wonderful shower. My son loved having his own little sleeping area separate from the bedroom. The breakfast was delicious.

A few of the staff at the check in desk were less than friendly. Although one man who insisted to help with our luggage was very nice.

Everything was excellent! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in the very center of Athens, within walking distance to all attractions, shops and cafes. Highly recommend!
