Athens Platinum Rooms and Suites

it was small and cozy, breakfast spread was nice. the staff was very helpful and friendly and helped us plan some of our trip. the location wasn't the best but the neighborhood was quiet and fairly close to the metro (about 10 min walk).

the hot water only worked 2 out of 7 days, when asked about it they didn't give real answers and waisted our time by promising a plumber. at the end, for most of our stay we only had lukewarm water.

High style rooms, new and clean. Friendly and helpful staff and a good breakfast

Thought it would be a bit closer to the airport, but it turned out ok and they have a close by parking for only 8 Euros

Furnishings and bathroom fixtures were dated but fully functional.

I had a great stay at the hotel. I especially appreciated the spacious room and the excellent service from the staff. Ms.Eleftheria and Mr. Locus were incredibly helpful and cooperative they made sure all our requests were taken care of promptly and professionally. Their hospitality really made our stay more comfortable. Thank you!

The size of room was larger to Other Rooms. Hotel was very clean. Staff very helpful with bus information. Breakfast was large variety of foods and delicious ?. Lots of eating room and space.

Cats in hotel sitting on furniture. Window open and cats roaming on street. A cat peep head in window and almost jumped in the area where the food was.

Travelled for work. The check in was straightforward. The room was clean and quiet. Decent breakfast. Would happily stay again.

Staff has been nice and supportive

Building is in poor conditions, elevator is the slowest one you will ever ride, therefore not usable; overall the feeling is of a 2 stars pension, guests were kids in school trip. Breakfast reflected the above. Executive suite shares its terrace with the building, no separation from private/common space. Moreover the room has no acoustic isolation, despite the double-glass windows, you hear street noise.

The rooms were always clean and made up, staff was very helpful and friendly

The fridge didn’t open up because the floor is askew, the one closet looked damaged or not fully assembled, the flooring had a hole in it. Also the sink drain and the shower door had some damages

It was a very clean and comfortable room. Good bathroom facilities. Spacious room, and a very big, private terrace space. The reception staff were very helpful, polite and friendly.

The room service food was fairly limited in choice, and the quality was fairly average. The breakfast was ok.

Our room was not very well sound-proofed but it was not a major issue.

Friendliness of staff, spacious beautiful room and balcony, very nice complete breakfast (till 11 am which is a plus), perfect location and humansize modern Building, reception open 24 on 24 hours and bar in lobby, comfy seats outside at entrance in quiet carfree street.

A bit noisy in the evening, (traffic at the next big road Mesogion) but with earplugs at night it was ok, and the double window glass helps a lot when closing balcony doors and windows.

Staff was super friendly and helpful, Nikita goes out of his way to make you feel welcome.

Location is far from city centre and the area not so great. I expected more for the price i paid. The breakfast is subpar and can really use some work.

We were satisfied with everything.

The hotel is of great quality and could easily qualify for 5 stars. One of the highlights is the unique experience of the outdoor hot tub on the balcony, which we really enjoyed. Situated in the center of Athens, the hotel provides absolute privacy, feeling like your own personal spa on the roof.

We stayed 4 nights at the locations top floor. Nice hotel room with large deck with views. The hotel sits back from the Main Street so traffic noise is not an issue. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Short walk to metro line.

The top floor air conditioning is not very effective when the temperature is over 34c.

Location was what we needed. Cleaning lady was nice although we had some issues.

All in all, strange. We stayed twice for work reasons (booked by a company). Shower doors broken (not a huge issue but combined with all the rest…) Cleaning lady entered even with ‘Do not enter’ sign clearly outside. Only wooden coffee spoons. Biggest issue, it was written on the menu in the room that restaurant works till 22:30. We called a bit before 22:00 for some ice cream (no cooking needed) and apparently the info on the room menu was wrong. Two menus in rooms with different items and prices, one printed. Frozen food. Breakfast only serves americano as a ‘coffee’ and ecen espresso is extra charge.We needed to prolong the visit for the work purposes and asked immediately during the check in at the reception. Apparently, they cannot say if ANY of the rooms is going to be available (?). We literally just wanted tp book any room for the sake of staying at the same location. Just… very strange place but def not a 4 ⭐️ as marketed. Will try not to come back again.

The property is not what it looks like in the pictures , we arrived at early I the morning, the room we booked at was not the room we expected. We woke up next day at the morning and was prepared to check out , thanks to Mr costas for his efforts and we felt embarrassed to let him down with everything he tried to do for us , but no more again at this place
