The hotel, it's employees, the complimentary breakfast and it's location surpassed our expectations. The breakfast was way more than a continental breakfast, with made to order eggs, fresh juice and fruit daily.

Great location! Felt safe and quiet since it was on a side street off the main drag. The breakfast was really great!

The room was amazing. We got an upgrade on the room and it was wonderful. The room very spacious, clean and very well designed. The breakfast was very nice. The staff was unbelievably kind and ready to help with any requests. All in all a great experience.

The hotel is not cheap in monetary value but very old and wouldn’t stay there. Had to leave immidietly

Rooms super small, the hotel is quite old, linens were quite old and needed a change, it is very hard to carry bags around, difficult entry to the hotel, no stairs and does not match the pictures. Elevator was very old and almost a safety hazard

It feels too humid inside the hotel

The front desk staff was exceptional. I felt like I was staying in someone's home. Lots of little touches that made the experience cozy and less like a hotel. Such a great property.

The elevators are great (albeit slow) so if you decide to take the stairs, those with mobility issues might be challenged. Again, there is an elevator option, but I like stairs, and they are windy and steep!

The wellness center can be much better - the pool is very small so it’s not really for swimming however not hot enough for hanging. The sports facilities are minimal or even less

Everything was great

The location in Kolonaki is very good, close to great restaurants and bars. The breakfast was good. Bathroom and shower nice. Staff are polite.

Tiny room with awful outlook to neighbouring building. No storage whatsoever. Nuisance getting to and from the room via the single lift. Pervasive mouldy smell (likely from the indoor water feature). There are other far better properties around this price, such as the NYX Esperia Palace which is far, far better. Too expensive for what it is.

Excellent service, great location, well thought out room decor and amazing breakfast. Eco friendly was a plus.. Loved the little touches, they certainly considered a guest's needs with minor except. The slippers were really nice and unique, loved the robe too. Room came with necessities in case you forgot them (.e.g. toothbrush) and you got still and sparking water at check-in. I like that they were there rather than having to call someone or make s trip to the front desk. They held my bags too, which I was so happy about.

Underground small pool max 3 people, 2m deep without a life guard on duty. Room 5, should be sold as a windowless room or refitted with curtains that start at the bottom. It faces the main hotel walkway, and there is nothing obstructing the view into the room at close range. If you have another room, you should hsve privacy.

Excellent service, very clean, the hotel reception representatives are very courteous, the bed is extremely comfortable, a central hotel in the city close to everything, a varied, delicious and excellent breakfast!

The steam room was smelly and not warm enough. It should be cleaned multiple times a day.
