Athens Mansion Luxury Suites

Responsive staff, good location and good rooms.

Cleanliness and staff

No closet space

The staff were absolutely fantastic! They all went out of their way to make us feel welcome and provide outstanding service.

The hotel is GREAT, however, the street it is located on is quite filthy. There is an unfortunate amount of trash and graffiti, making it appear as though the area is unsafe or undesirable.

Everything. The rooms are very quaint and cleanliness was top rate. The roof top bar was great.

No loved my stay.

The actual hotel isn?t is a great section but the roof top breakfast and the staff are outstanding. The room was so clean.

The room was spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The air conditioner worked well. The reception desk had cameras monitoring the street in front of the hotel, and a passcode was needed for entry.

My room overlooked the street behind the hotel, and it was exceptionally noisy late into the night. There were also church bells that rang from time to time. I could have also used a wash cloth in the bathroom.

The staff was extremely helpful, the room was spotless, the location was close to everything we were interested in. Internet was great.

Can't think of a thing

Room/bed was comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff was exceptional. It was a really good option for Athens.

Staff at this hotel is amazing. They are incredibly caring and did everything they could to make our stay memorable. They accommodated us with early check in and a breakfast bag for the flight.

Hotel employee at breakfast was great!

The staff is what makes this hotel. It is beautiful, the location is great but the Staff was lovely.

Christo=awesome Everyone so nice

The staff is amazing, very attentive to the guests and their needs.

The room was beautiful, the location was incredibly convenient, and the staff was excellent and kind and so helpful. We can't wait to come back.

Not much

We were given a room different than the type i had booked. When i requested a change, they were surprised. They said the hotel is full. When i was adamant about my request, they found a room. Same class but different than photos. Having a balcony was important for me (as shown in the photos). We had a french balcony which is a not a proper balcony. They are good at marketing. Too expensive for this one. Not a real hotel. It is a building renovated.

It was clean, quiet, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast on the rooftop was great. The staff was very nice also and arranged for pick up and drop off from airport and port, respectively.

The safe didn’t work.

Breakfast was delicious. The staff is amazing and helpful.

No parking in the area.

The location was great, the room was very clean and nice, comfy bed. I expected a better breakfast based on reviews I read before. Only thing, the pictures in the Booking of the Superior room do not correspond to the room we got. The one in the pictures was in the third floor with a better view than the one we got, which was in the first floor. On the other hand, the one we got was further from the elevator and the stairs, so maybe a little quiter. Also, the rooms are nicely soundproof from the street noise, however you can hear everything from the corridor (as usually) in hotels.

Best location we could have hoped for. Room bigger than expected. Staff very friendly and nice. Breakfast on rooftop each morning is so special with the Acropolis view.

Bathroom interior was a bit shabby, and lighting very harsh in bathroom. Not end of the world but didn't match the rest of the standards in the hotel.

Good location. We were upgraded to a nice large corner room -benefit of visiting in low season time. Wonderful bountiful breakfast with a view of the Acropolis. Incredibly friendly staff. Good value.

Little noisy at night (but expected in a big city and they supply complimentary ear plugs). Bathroom felt a little dated - didn’t match the luxury feel of the room.
