The location

We were only staying for a day, so didn’t really think too much into the stay, but one getting here, it was amazing. The staff, esp Gregory who helped us, he told us everything g there is to know about the area. everything was walking distance. And the icing on the cake was the pool on the rooftop with an incredible view! It was first time in Athens, will definitely be back here on the next visit!!!

The room was clean, spacious, beautifully designed, and exceptionally well maintained. The staff was polite, professional, and wonderful.

Only the location was a bit problematic.

The room was very modern - something we both really enjoyed and the beds were comfortable. Happy that we could do a pre check-in and arrive at anytime as we had some delays.

The location wasn't great.. the neighbourhood does not feel super safe, however it is walking distance to the Acropolis which we enjoyed. The pool area is very small and there isn't enough seating which was a shame as we really wanted to enjoy the pool for longer.

even though the rooms were specious, it was extremely noisy and you could hear every little sound from the outside. it was noisy and I couldn't get proper sleep. breakfast was disappointing.

Location is fantastic. Pool is great. View of Acropolis is amazing from rooftop pool. TV works well. Shower is great.

Bed is not comfortable. A lot of noise in this area outside of hotel.

The two bedroom suite has windows to light wells only. Feel like a cave. Only one love seat in living room. Not enough seating for 4 people. Also missing a door on one of the bedrooms.

Was in an area where a lot of homeless people were and not such a good area ! Reminded of the south side of Chicago

Touch screen door locks do not work / why can’t a normal key or card be used? Local area is dodgy, lots of tramps and undesirables. Not edgy in a cool way - edgy like watch your back as someone might mug you. We took taxis to and from the door. Pool bar is v limited Showers leak into bathrooms

The hotel was clean and modern; the staff friendly. The room we had was more than large enough for the four of us and the bedding was comfortable. The rooftop pool was very pleasant especially as we were there in the middle of a heatwave. The location was central: a 5-minute walk away from Omonia and from there it's easy to get to Monastiraki, Plaka and the Acropolis.

The neighborhood was a little rough but we never felt unsafe. The hotel is located on one of the busiest streets in Omonia, so it was a little loud at times.

The hotel is very conveniently located to the Omonia metro stop, which made navigating Athens a breeze. The staff was great, the breakfast was delicious and the room exceeded our expectations. We loved lounging by the pool in the afternoon after sightseeing!

The rooftop pool was great, I just wish they had better hours for the pool. It closed SO EARLY and that was why we booked this hotel. It's a very short walk to the metro.Having two bathrooms for our family of 5 was awesome. Breakfast in the roof was nice with fresh squeezed orange juice.

The neighborhood is a bit rough. We also killed a small sewer roach in our bathroom.

The local Greeks will tell you this is the worst area in the city (meaning run down and with lots of homeless population) but we still felt safe and that’s probably why it was so cheap! It’s a really nice hotel with serviced apartments. We had great service throughout our stay with great security. Our rooms were cleaned every day that we requested it. The air conditioning was the best I’ve experienced in Europe. The rooms are very quiet, even being right next to the elevator, I couldn’t hear any hallway noise. The pool was beautiful and clean. The staff went out of their way to help us and others. Very good value. A lux experience overall.

It was hard for taxis / Ubers to get to us (according to them) but that was still okay. Just be sure to add an extra ten minutes to your travel time because it takes a little longer to connect with an uber.

Nice modern hotel, close to old town.

Not everyday bin bag in bathroom was changed.
