Great customer service, clean room and close to metro
Nothing really, maybe small shower.
Clean but basic facilities in a mixed neighbourhood but easy walk to all the main sites
I liked the people working there best. Friendly and professional helped with so many things like how to get places and recommendations. I also liked how close it was to metro and “hop on and hop off bus” made things easy. Great restaurant 3 blocks and great coffee shop right around the corner not to mention laundry, convenient store and shopping center all right there with in 1 or 2 blocks.
The shower was small
Good location.
The shower is too small. The curtain keeps moving during the shower.
Good location for sightseeing.Friendly staff.Clean room.Good restaurant at a reasonable price very close by.
The toilet didn't flush much. The Wi-Fi signal was quite weak and I lost signal many times in the evening.Bed for smaller people (approx. for 175 cm).Bed was hard for me.View from the window onto a courtyard full of scattered dirty rags. In fact, I came across a street full of homeless people a few blocks away. But I understand, the hotel can't do anything about it.
Room cleaned every day, new towels everyday. Staff very helpful
wifi signal weak but ok
Good value for the price and convenient location close to subway.
The shower was small and the curtain didn’t cover it completely, so the bathroom was prone to get all wet
It’s much much better than it looks in the pictures. Clean, spacious room. Friendly staff.
This hotel is very conveniently located near a metro station which itself is just a couple stops from the Parthenon. The prefect solution for a place to sleep rather than a destination of its own. No frills, but affordable. My travel agent recommended another hotel and "had never had a complaint"... and at $600 a night, I'd hope not... compared to Cosmos at about $55 per night for a two person room. Yes, the room is small. The elevator is typical European that holds one person and their luggage at a time. The air conditioning works, but won't let you cool the room to a meat locker. Clean and comfortable. The room had a small refrigerator. No in-room safe.
I had no expectation of in-room coffee maker, but it would be a nice addition. A bit strange for the key-card to be turned into the front desk whenever everyone leaves the room. I hadn't seen that done in years. It didn't cause any problem. I wondered some at the neighborhood when we first arrived, but with an expensive, name brand hotel just a block away, I realized there was no problem.
A convenient location near a metro station, baggage storage was reasonably secure - it was absolutely fine as my stay for one night between ferries and flights
There was zero sound isolation - every door squeak and slam echoed through the whole floor, I was woken by it at least three times in the night - I was on the top floor and I could hear someone's shower running on the floor below. The area while convenient, did not make me feel safe when walking as a woman alone, I had no such feeling when staying in other parts of Athens in hostels.
Good staff, trying to do everything for guests
There were obvious issues with cleanliness in the bathroom; it smelled of urine, the shower curtain was worn out, and the bedding didn't smell clean. But what was truly scary was the hotel's location. We walked through a drug den with 30 people lying outside. It was truly terrifying; we were forced to stay indoors in the evening.
The room and bathroom were very clean, and the hallways were quiet. The beds were comfortable and squeak-free, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Best of all, it’s very close to the city center and major attractions.
It would have been nice to have a trash bin in the room (apart from the one in the bathroom).
Location a bit
Everyone needs iron. The shower floor is open. The floor gets wet all over every time you use the shower.
The hotel is located in the city center , metro station is very close. Staff is friendly and helpful. It was generally clean and had all the facilities for our stay. The value was unbeatable at this price. The balcony on the 6th floor was larger than a typical room in Athens ?
Furniture was quite old and a shower a bit small, for us it was okay but for a larger person it could be a problem.
Great value for money. Very friendly staff at reception. Hotel was perfect for us to stay one night while sightseeing in Athens. We were told that location was in a shady neighborhood which we did not notice when being there. Actually placed very well in walking distance to the sights.
We (as familiy) were place in two different ends of the hotel which was not ideal. AC was quite noisy in one of the rooms.
Location, balcony to dry clothes.
Shower enclosure was not properly set up so a wwt bathroom floor happened
Super spacious for the price, very clean too. The stuff was very very nice and helped out a lot. I left my iPad there and then came back to the US. They were very patient and very responsive in helping me shipping it back, despite multiple complications caused by my own mistakes.
The staff is amazing, the location is great, perfect price, bed is comfortable, nice simple rooms with everything you need for a short stay and 24/7 reception plus water vending machine in the lobby. Will be back.
This was our second time staying at the hotel and it was even better than the first time. Staff members especially the older gentlemen were very helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. Housekeeping in the morning was efficient. There were two elevators which cut down the wait time. The neighborhood might seem a bit sketchy but we didn't have any problems.
