Very nice, clean and great location

Can only use spa once, and an appointment

Breakfast was good. Location was in the center of things, walkable to the sites, many restaurants and lots of action all around. The site was difficult for the taxi driver to find (it is a narrow congested street with many outside dining spots) so someone stepped outside to hail us. Blackout curtains helped with jet lag sleep.

The jacuzzi bathtub on the balcony was in full view of many apartments and adjacent to another bathtub for the unit next to us separated by a bamboo curtain.

The shower had good pressure and the location is good, but unfortunately the good things about this hotel ends here.

We had a horrible time at this hotel. A loud, disruptive noise, like a whittle, from a nearby restaurant fan, as described by the front desk staff, started at nearly 12:50a.m. and went on for hours (very loud until 2:30 am, and little softer, but still there, until 6 am). What’s worse is the staff told us that they knew this was a problem but sold us the room anyway, with no warning .We escalated it right away. They didn’t help or move us to a different room. They simply told us to try turing off the AC to see if the noise would be better- not sure how, if it was not related, but we tried- they said we had to wait until the noise stops. Management was equally unhelpful, never reaching out to address the issue or even apologize. We paid for a night's rest and got a sleepless night of frustration instead. I submitted a formal complaint and a request for refund. I have not heard back. I’ll keep this review updated on how they will close this. Avoid this place at all costs.

Any hotel in this area is noisy and you need ear plugs. The ac wasn’t working well but they couldn’t fix it because it was a weekend.

The location is very good, the people are usually very friendly. Double story room was very comfortable. There is a cafe on the ground level.

Small things, room was looking backyard and it was dark. There was a coffee machine but a kettle would have been better. There is no lobby but the cafe on the ground level.

A/C did not work while we were there. They could not even attempt to fix it until the day after we left. Also, the spa/sauna was closed for cleaning during the time we were there. Check-in process (in restaurant) is very odd, but OK.

It’s a very small boutique hotel, so expect a quiet low key stay, rather than a big bustling luxury hotel.

Really central, private spa for hire, modern clean rooms

Nice room, comfortable bed & great central location.

Whole hotel felt like it had no soul. Staff very unfriendly, didn’t even ask us how our stay was at the check out. Balcony whirlpool was filthy and reeking of chlorine/chemicals; we didn’t use it once since it was so unhygienic. Spa area (which includes the pool) only 30 minutes included, no matter how many nights are being booked. We also didn’t trust it since the hygiene of the whirlpool was so poor. I got a tattoo and unfortunately the plastic came off during the night which left a stain on the bed sheets. Usually easy to wash out at high temperature and with chlorine but they charged us 80€ (!) for „damages to the hotel room“ which was ridiculous. It just seemed like they saw an opportunity to take more money from us. Also the hotel doesn’t have a real reception but more like a corner desk in the middle of a restaurant which gives off a weird vibe. Been to Athens several times and never had such a poor experience.

Very nice hotel in the centre of Athens with comfortable spa in a retro styleThe staff was nit always attentive to our needs and the noise from the corridors and the other rooms was quite disturbing at all hours of the night. Also the door to the bathroom was transparent(ans you could have a full view of the toilet) so it is not for new couples if you know what I mean.

Location was great, clean rooms, comfy bed, staff were very welcoming and helpful. We also used the spa which was great and I'd highly recommend

The shower didn't drain very well, the wifi was slow and the air con didn't work at all. We came in March so we were fine without air con but I'm not sure how it'd be in the summer heat.

Breakfast must be better with more quality. Very expensive and very poor!Also in our room the shower needs a door. All water goes out with a lot of mess!

THE LOCATION WAS OK BUT NOISY

it is called Spa which not exists, you only allowed 30 minutes spa before you take you towels, youde tine finishined. The receptionist wad so rude and doesn't want move herself and busy on her phone, I give her €200 she says i need €50, i said I don't have keep it that's OK, she start shouting On me, this is the law, you take card she says No, than I told her where I can change it she said its not my business. The room were like a prison, no windows no Privacy, because the guy from next door always in his balcony watching at her room, so we finally closed everything to not be visible, so they still were there at all times I don't know why. In general very disappointing guest house never a hotel. Inside a busy resting everyone looking at you when you exit or entry to the crowded restaurant. Terrible
