I loved everything.

I barely ever write reviews but this one needs an exception. I have travelled extensively and stayed in all kinds of accommodations but this has to be easily among the top 3 so far. From the attention to detail, the atmosphere, the stylish and tasteful interior design, the room size and lighting, the wonderful garden, the friendliness of the staff, the breakfast – everything was near perfect. I also really liked the fact, that it felt like a soothing retreat that I would look forward to return to after a busy and exhausting day of sightseeing in the much more crowded and noisy Pest (take the Bus 105 it will bring you downtown and get you back within 15 minutes). The place felt like a second home and I can't wait to get back.

Tiny thing that in the end didn't matter so much to me, but if you are in one of the ground floor rooms (I was in "Paletta") you might hear foot steps from people walking around above you when someone is in the studio apartment on the 1st floor. Other than that it is a very, very quiet place.

The place is fantastic, next to their restaurant with the wonderful garden. If felt like as we are at home. The cosy kitchen with the dining space was perfect spot for the breakfast that we could choose a-la-carte to be brought from the restaurant.Free private parking space was another benefitThe location was also perfect for exploring the city center or the nearby Castle either by walk or bus that was in front of the venue. The staff was very pleasant and helpful in every way. Definitely a place to come back

Even when thinking of what we didn't like I couldn't have think of anything. Even on purpose lack of TV in the room and the venue is afterwards considered as an advantage to rest the mind at least during the stay

Beautifull interior design, comfortable bed, very clean, extremly welcoming and helpfull staff.The breakfast also had a lot of options that were healthy and delicious.

The staff is amazing, I haven't met such nice and hospitable ladies in such a long time. The room is beautiful, the whole place is so beautiful and cozy and welcoming. The breakfast was out of this world, incredible!The garden is nice and peaceful.We had a very nice short stay.

It was a little too cold in the room and we didn't manage to make it warm (21 degrees Celsius might though be ok for the most ?).There is no door to the bathroom...which we took for a chic cultural thing, but in some cultures it may be awkward...

Felt cozy, lovely breakfast

Light entered through bathroom window which bothered sleep, nothing extremely bothersome.

The design of the room and of the other facilities. An interesting esthetic experience. Combined with utility. I very much liked the secraitaire.The garden, even if it was a bad weather.Full time access to coffee, tea and other beverages.Very good cookies.Obvious care for the well being of the guest.Very nice personnel.

The hotel was clean and cozy. But some things are not correct see below.It has a nice Swedish like look inside, smells nice.

You should order the breakfast every day. Iam sorry but I do not want to think about it. Plus the breakfast too expensive for what it was offered. The room was always clean but not shampoo. They said organic soap shampoo but can you really wash your Hair like this, no way!Also very expensive and away from center. You need bus, taxi etc...

Amazing interior, quiet, delicious breakfast,

The Gardenhouse is absolutely amazing. The room we booked was perfect with a great bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The menu for breakfast had lots of great options and the fridge was stocked with free soda and juices. The location was very close to a bus stop that took us to where we wanted to go. The staff was also very friendly.

Everything is fantastic, breakfast, room, especially staff, they are so warm and helpful.

The place is excellent and has a great serene atmosphere, though top notch. The staff is super friendly and goes extra mile to help. The quality of materials and equipment is top notch, all new and easy to use, room and common area is super clean and tidy. The breakfast is excellent, nutritious and has many options. Moreover, there is also fruits and coffee available throughout the stay, 24/7. The location is great, calm and worth exploring around by foot. There are many nice places around, friendly to kids. Wile not in the city centre, it is just 20 minutes walk to the Buda castle, and transport network is good developed and can bring you anywhere. Definitely would love to stay again and it is a great value for money

Breakfast was amazing, the villa is very modern and beautiful. Staff was very nice and welcoming. Definitely recommend to visit the bakery as well while staying.

Everything was exceptional! Room was nice and cozy with an amazing terrace view. The stuff were very lovely, breakfast was amazing. We felt really welcomed and good.Huge recommendation!

Wonderful design, amazing host, delicious breakfast.

A beautiful and stylish property that was incredibly comfortable. Much thought had gone into the art and furnishings. The garden room and the garden were lovely and wonderful areas to relax in after visiting the sights.

My room was a little dark

Beautiful, elegantly refurbished villa with garden; tastefully furnished with beautiful touches; excellent service, top breakfast and a great solution with fridge and breakfast room, where snacks and drinks are also available for the rest of the day. Wonderful stay, highly recommended!

everything was perfefect.

We loved our stay at Bagatelle, we couldn’t have been more comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. The property is beautiful, thoughtfully and meticulously decorated with no detail missed. The bus in to Pest is incredibly easy and we enjoyed being able to get away from the touristy spots. Highly recommend.

I only spent one night here. For me it was important that the hotel is quite centrally located and has a free and secure parking area in the courtyard. The breakfast room is very nice, but there is only a small buffet available. Everything has to be ordered from a menu. The staff is very friendly. My room partly went to the street, but even so it was peaceful and quiet.

There was an annoying noise from the ventillation all night through. And it was pretty cold in my room. It was in November. It was my decesion to spend a night here for personal reasons. But the price-performance ratio is not right here in my opinion.
