The location

The hotel didn't had a elevator.

The staff was amazing. Friendly and it felt like family was hosting us.

The place is under renovation. Understandable that the dining area was not ready. But they went over and above to give us a breakfast bag which had more than one could eat. The coffee was excellent.

Breakfast area was under renovation, we received some cold sandwiches to eat in the room. Would have preferred to be able to book without breakfast.

Really good locationHelpful staff , even offered to keep our luggage on the last day , so we didnt have to carry them.Upgraded us from economy to standart for free.Even though the breakfast area was on renovation we got packets.

Easy access and walkability to major sites. Friendly staff. Good value.

Restaurant was closed for remodel so we got good coffee in the lobby and a bagged breakfast every morning. Fruit, juice, water but really bad sandwiches with tons of mayo on them. Would have preferred just a roll.

Clean, comfortable, central location in the city and for attractions.

There was no elevator or Bell service, so we needed to carry our luggage up and then down two sets of circular stairs to reach our room. We’re Seniors and in good shape, others may find that a challenge.

Close to metro in nice area of central Budapest. Nice modern room with excellent AC. 24 hour front desk.

The location is in the city center, close to the Danube and other attraction points.

The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The location is near to Vaci street with a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast is very good. We'll come back every time we visit Budapest.

Everything is better than my expectation, nice breakfast, perfect location, not fancy but big and very clean room.

Location

The staff in the reception were unfriendly except for a nice lady. We accidentally booked an economy double room instead of the standard one. From a price point of view, the difference between the economy and standard is not that much. The bathroom had a block, and when we complained it to the staff, they just ignored our case. The air conditioning was not working, and it was so hot in the room. When informed the staff, they were rude to us and told us they don't have air cooling at this point in time. It's a total rip-off.

Cheap price and good location was the main reasons for our booking. Room was good size and clean enough. Breakfest was included, it was pretty basic. Reception was friendly and they held our bags for the day after we checked out. There is a grocery store right next to the hotel.

We had a room facing the street and the windows isolated no sounds. You could even hear if somebody coughed on the street but luckily the street was pretty quiet at night even though it was friday. The shower enclosure was very small and the drain worked poorly. Room was pretty hot even though we had the AC on minimum, had to sleep without covers.

The location. Breakfast was excellent. The stay was ok. It was quiet.

It could have been cleaner.
