The location is the highlight of the place. The bed was nice and hard, very good for my back and overall sleep. Wifi was good.

I got offered a "free" wine bottle if I leave a good review.I didn't have the breakfast included and after taking a look at whats offered in it, I'm happy I didn't.

Premium location, close to everything (restaurants, shopping street, transportation, etc...)

The location was nice and the staff were friendly. The room was very spacious.

The door to the bathroom doesn’t close completely and this gives a feeling of lack of privacy, and there was a issue in the shower area provoking a leak to the floor of the bathroom after every shower.

Location was perfect without the high price of being on the Danube. Room was comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly!

Everything was perfect. It was clean, in the middle of downtown.

The breakfast was excellent. Coffees Teas Toast and fruit/cereal all good. Location is very central to shops and a short walk brings you to river. The daytime receiptionist was pleasant. Very clean, couldn't fault it. Would stay again anyway due to good location and breakfast. Lovely fruit plate on arrival as it was a special occasion. That was a lovely touch.

Pillows hurt my neck. The room was clean but no very roomy.(which was fine) The checkin area is tiny so dont expect much there. The staff did their job diligently but don't expect much converstation from them as not very smiley. The airconditioning was set to 23 degrees and couldn't be changed so the room was very hot and couldn't leave windows open due to passing travellers and very noisey road sweeper in the morning.

Location is excellent, just 10mins walk to the river and easily walk to nearby shopping streets. Room is not big, but very comfortable. Breakfast is kind of short of selection. Staff is nice and let us check in before 12.00pm, very helpful for us.

Location was great

Was not given the option to have cool function of air conditioning in my room because they said it was winter season and that everyone was cold but me. But the rooms were hot and was told to just leave my windows open all night so I can cool my room off. I asked for ear plugs or a fan since the street noise was loud during the night with the windows open but they said they don’t have any. The best solution they came up with was to tell me they can cancel my reservation for full refund.

I have to pay for the water they but They mention there’s a air condition, and no they don’t haven’t only in summer , you can only use a heter because its cold , most of the day i can’t sleep because of the hot inside the room even when i open the window, the air condition should be sprit in each room not a central gor all room , the let my stay was little unhappy , the reception was unhelpful at all , even we ask anything always say we don’t have it

Location was great you don’t need a car or taxi because everything close to you just few steps walking to fashion street around 5 minutes walking . Reception was very kind . Room was clean and tidy.

Very good breakfast in a cozy environment. Great location in the heart of town, nice room that was well equipped and you had the option of getting the room cleaned or not. Nice welcoming and friendly staff.

We Loved that the hotel was located centrally which enabled us to reach out tours faster.

The room was dim and not as bright as we wanted especially in the bathroom.

I didn't like the breakfast that much. Very simple only. Was expecting a very good set of meals during breakfast but didn't happen. But its good enough already.
