Hilton Garden Inn Budapest City Centre

The hotel was a very convenient location to our river cruise disembarkation position. My check-in experience was very efficient and professional. My wife and I found our room and bathroom to be very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the breakfast.

Great location and very comfortable

I didn¿t like that the female staff that answered the phone got annoyed with me for wanting to cancel and hung up on me. That wasn¿t nice.

An excellent team that takes care of you all the time, and a hotel manager who constantly checks in to see how you’re doing. The hotel is in a great location

Amazing staff from start to finish. The hotel manager personally reached out before, during, and after our stay to make sure everything was perfect. Housekeeping was excellent, and the reception team was always kind and immediately responsive to any request

The stay at the hotel was wonderful. Everything was very clean and well organized. Every day after a day trip, we returned to a spotless room, which we really appreciated.The location is amazing, very central and close to everything you need in Budapest. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the staff were kind and helpful.We will definitely return to this hotel again!

Just a bit pricey in my opinion but had a great time

Easy check-in and wonderful location. It was off the Main Street yet in the middle of where we wanted to be! Rooms were comfortable and well equipped. Beds were comfortable and blow dryer was the best! Service staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend the Hilton Garden Inn!!

If we had to mention one minor drawback, the room was somewhat compact. However, this small compromise was far outweighed by all the other exceptional qualities of the hotel. Without hesitation, we would choose this hotel again for our next visit.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff wasexceptionally kind, professional, and always ready to help. We especially appreciated the warm attention and thoughtful gestures when we celebrated a birthday. The breakfast was delicious, varied, and of high quality. The hotel is clean, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located in the very center of the city. We would definitely come back!

Staff was very helpful, I cut my finger accidentally and the manager on duty arranged for transport to the ER and wrote a short description in Hungarian to show the hospital. I got the medical care that I needed. Had the breakfast buffet twice there, good variety of food. Hotel was very centrally located steps from the Opera house and metro stop.

Many hotels in Europe have these 'half shower glass panels' - in my opinion they don't work well as inevitably water splashes out and wets the floor. Installing a glass door will help keep the floor dry.

Very clean and spotless hotel, great location, very good breakfast, the staff was really kind, helpful and competent - starting with the Reception staff (thumbs up, Daniel) through maintenance and cleaning personnel, bartenders and waiters and to the warm-hearted and attentive manager, Mr. Y. Biton. We'll definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and acquintances.

Our King Guest room was somewhat small.

the location is excellent , in a quiet street yet close to public transportation and the central area of Budapest . The staff were very helpful and friendly, very nice room, the complimentary drink at the bar in the beginning of the stay was a very nice touch

Hotel staff allowed us a very early check in at no charge, breakfast was certainly extensive with so many choices and excellent buffet. This hotel was within walking distance of the Metro and one of the main city streets with lots of restaurant choices. We ate at 3 different ones and were very pleased with the food choices.

Attentive reception and breakfast staff. Adam at reception went out of his way to help us get a taxi while there was a marathon in the city center. We had to be picked up at a location away from the hotel and he accompanied us right to the vehicle.

Perfect hotel's location. About 10 minutes of walking distance from key locations in the city center.Public transportation spots are accessible within 2 min. walk.Breakfast buffet with large assortment of different and delicious food.The staff are very welcoming and care about the guests.Guest rooms are specious, very clean, quiet and offer a considerable amount of storage. The hotel's manager was ready to assist almost immediately and so did his staff, on any issue and made sure that our stay would be pleasant.The value for the money was well and beyond.

1. my experience at check-in was disappointing. The staff member handling the process was not customer-friendly when I asked questions about how my credit card would be charged, he didn’t give clear explanation and kept rolling his eyes when I asked him questions! He finally gave clear explanation after demanding clarification. This left a poor first impression and didn’t reflect the level of service I would expect from a Hilton.l hotel. 2. The parking fee was very high.
