The only good thing I have to say about this hotel is the location, it's close to the center

Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately one of the worst experiences we’ve had during our travels. We arrived late at night with two young children and were assigned a room on the top floor (room 3703). Upon entering, we immediately discovered multiple issues:1. The bathroom had a see-through window, providing no privacy at all.2. There was a leakage problem, with water accumulating on the bathroom floor.3. All pillows were completely unsuitable for use – flat, lumpy, and extremely uncomfortable.When I went to reception to report these problems, the staff simply said the hotel was full and there was nothing they could do. Their only suggestions were to “put sheets on the window” for privacy and to give us one extra pillow for all four of us.They also tried calling maintenance but couldn’t reach anyone, then told me that “we are a 4-star hotel, we don’t have 24/7 maintenance.” I find this surprising, as a 4-star property should ensure rooms are checked before guests arrive and have someone available to handle urgent issues, regardless of the hour.The receptionist further admitted that the rooms on the top floor are not normally used during the summer because they get too hot and hadn’t been checked for months, yet they started renting them again. When I asked how such rooms could be assigned to guests, I was told, “We’re only reception; we don’t check rooms.”They also made it clear that if I wanted to leave, I could, but without any refund.After three days of repeatedly asking and wasting time at the reception, the hotel finally moved us to another room, which was in acceptable condition. However, this should have been resolved immediately — not after three days of inconvenience and frustration during what was supposed to be a family vacation.Overall, this hotel failed to meet even basic standards of comfort and professionalism. I’m sharing this to warn other travelers and help them avoid a similar experience.

Parking, Decent breakfast, cozy rooms

If you want to be accommodated in the Budapest city center and do not think about your car and its parking space, this place is for you. Apartments are cozy and clean, with various contents in it. The receptionist and their WhatsApp service is really nice. Good value for city center. We got 25% discount for our next stay.

Honestly, we were disappointed with breakfast. First of all, the selection is not that big. The largest disadvantage is the fact that the whole dining room was without bread for at least 10 minutes. Moreover, they serve only warm baguettes. I hope this was exceptional since I have not seen that someone complains about breakfast.

- The breakfast was delicious, but there was practically no pastries or bread selection.Also, food ran out very quickly and refilled very slowly (we had to wait 30 minutes for the hot options to be replenished and for any baked goods to be brought).Tables were also left uncleared for a long time, which also meant waiting.It's clear the staff is trying their best, but there simply aren't enough of them and they physically can't keep up with everything on time.

excellent central location, very soft bed (which i liked but not for everyone), comfy room (had a suite), superb breakfast: variety, fresh and GF bread, friendly staff.

The apartment was spacious. The kitchen and storage was well organized. The location was great.

The color scheme was pretty bland in our unit.

This excellent hotel was a great find. After being cramped in a cruise cabin for 7 days, it was a welcome relief to be able to spread out and have room to breathe. The front desk people were knowledgeable and helpful. The lifts were readily available and fast. There was a SPAR store very near where we were able to shop for all our needs. The kitchen supplies were minimal, but enough for our needs. This was an excellent location for walking to various restaurants or getting a quick Uber-taxi. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We did not eat the breakfast meal so I cannot comment on that.

It was a bit slippery in the shower, and I wish they had a grab bar. Also, we asked for a bathmat hoping to make it less slippery and all we got was a small foot drying mat. Maybe it was lost in the translation.

I like the space of the rooms

It was dirty and the staff we asked them to clean it and they just cleaned it like they didn't give a damn the bed they stretched out wasn't spotless

We stayed here for a few days with family. The apartment was excellent – very spacious, with a separate bedroom and a living room that had a kitchen and all necessary facilities. Free underground parking was a big plus. The location is also great: about a 20-minute walk to the Parliament, with plenty of nice cafés, restaurants, museums, and other attractions along the way.

However, we had serious concerns about breakfast. Although it is served until 10:30, when we came at 9:30 almost all trays were empty and there was hardly anything left to choose from. The staff reacted very slowly to complaints, and nobody seemed to monitor whether the food was running out. We had to wait around 20 minutes until at least some items were replenished, which was very disappointing. I recommend coming no later than 8:30 if you want to have a proper breakfast, but even then the variety is quite limited.

Spacious room with everything you need including a kitchenette, great shower, separate toilet, everything modern and super clean. Good air-conditioning. Comfortable mattresses. Great location, there's a supermarket right next door. Tons of restaurants in walking distance, as well as many of the main shopping streets and sights. If you're with a car the free parking really adds to the excellent value.

The hotel is very beautiful and located in a central yet quiet area. The staff are extremely kind and attentive, and cleanliness is maintained at the highest level. Room service can be requested at any time, which was very convenient.There is a large supermarket right below the hotel, and just 300 meters away you’ll find a street full of excellent restaurants. Public transportation, including the subway, is within a short walking distance.It is a great choice for families with children. The bed was very large and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. We would gladly return to this hotel again.
