Location and cleanliness

The room size is good and the location is perfect .

The stuff was not cooperating with me as our flight was canceled because of force major, they refuse to cancel the booking and refund money but honestly, they keep the booking for 6 months valid other hotel refund money for same reasons .

Location and size of apartment

There was no room cleaning service even though I stayed for six nights, and I was also fined a sum of money because there was a small bloodstain on the bedsheet, which was unintentional.

Well-facilitated, amazing apartment complex combined with everything a tourist needs next door!

I wish there was more room service: such as changing the towels, sheets and vacuuming the floor. Me and my friend stayed there for 7 nights and if there at least would be a vacuum machine, it could have made removing the dust way easier!

Perfect location, big apartment, big terrase. Very crowded street (ok for us). Parking underground with lift access.

Instruction for parking should be better. Add description that it's big parking underground and access can be directly to lift form parking.

I liked it was clean, is a good position, in center, and the beds was comfortable. It was a nice balcony and a good view.

For the beginning, the plug where wifi router was, it was broken. I write to them a message and they don't respond to me till I check out. The girl from the reception was so bored when I was to her to tell I want to pay for one night more and she said is not possible and need to move in another building.

⭐️ 1/5 – Horrible Experience. Never Again.I booked 2 nights at this hotel and fully paid for a NON-REFUNDABLE stay. Unfortunately, I missed my flight and arrived the next night around 12–1AM. When I finally found the building (which was already difficult), I was shocked to discover that the hotel had cancelled my reservation without informing me, simply because I didn’t check in the night before.Let me repeat that:They cancelled a fully paid, non-refundable reservation and gave my room to someone else. No email. No call. No message. Nothing.It gets worse.I spent almost an hour calling their “customer service”—no answer. I was stranded outside at midnight, in 5°C weather, exhausted after travel. When someone finally picked up, the staff member was unbelievably cold and unhelpful, repeating the same line: “Your reservation is cancelled.” As if that makes any sense for a 2-night prepaid booking.After arguing and explaining that I literally had nowhere to go, she finally offered a room—one that was not what I booked, poor quality, and clearly just whatever was left. I accepted it because I had no choice.And the final insult?They made me check out at 10AM, with no compensation, no apology, and no acknowledgement of the huge inconvenience they caused.This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.Unprofessional, unreliable, zero customer care.I strongly do NOT recommend this place to anyone.This was my first and definitely my last time staying here.

Bed wasn’t comfortable, no regular room service , some lights aren’t working ,

The room was very warm and the AC was working only on heating modeNext time after cleaning need to leave to windows open because the room smells of cleaning and there was no air to breath Also the room needs a mosquito repeller light because we had a mosquito that wouldn’t let us sleep properly

Size of room good for 2 people. Beds exceptional…very comfortable. Easy access after hours and felt very safe in distrct.Location was good. Groceries and bakeries nearby for breakfast items i.e. fruit, drinks, cereals, snacks etc.

Not able to access TV system. No batteries in remotes.Restaurant breakfast prices too expensive.Kitchenette not well stocked. No basics like salt & pepper, paper towel, drain tray. Only 1 tea towel not changed during stay.1 bath towel per person and only 1 hand towel provided. Had to ask for extra and only changed once during 11 night stay.Bed linens were supposed to be changed every 5 days but not done.

Location and price

Bathroom light and fan were not working. They took 2 days to fix it. Bed was not confortable , when I looked under it was also broken missing lot of parts. They were doing a renovation on the building, very noise lot of dust, even though I know they can’t control that I believe we should be informed before .

Some curtains are missing. Old building.To difficult to find the room.

The location is good, right next to the shops, restaurants and bars in the city centre. The beds were comfortable. The apartment is spacious supplied with everything you need for your stay.

We arrived late in the evening. We were very tired. One of the beds was not prepared and there were no linens to be seen. The staff was rude when contacting them and they hung up the phone blaming you that you have done so. Bad experience qua communication and solving issues which is very important when you arrive late in the evening.

Its location was very good at centre of budapest and it was clean and fit enough for us as a family of 5 members

The location was a great central location with access to metro close by

There was no way to lock the door from the inside and our shower head did not stay on the wall

People who work ruined all over all experience about hotel and country visit itself … was so pushy here and by email for check in online (that’s should make process smooth as was mentioned, but it should be an optional - smooth for who- for staff or guest? ) so the coolest thing that I did the check in and mentioned that we are arriving earlier and if it’s possible to have earlier check in ( I asked in advance) , well - it didn’t happened we can at 1:30 and they asked us to stay until 3 and wait. We were waiting - at 3 EVERYONE and even people with check in online did their check in at the reception but we were the last to get the key. I still have photo by 3:20 standing and not receiving the key. NO ONE Apologized, we came to room - no toilet paper . I texted here and in email, well after 2 hours I went down to take toilet paper - they just gave it to me without saying sorry again. But of course in communication online everything sounds cute. And by the way, check in 3pm , check out 10 am ( 5 hours was not enough to put toilet paper) and if you delay every 1 hour will charged 30 euro. I had 4 stays in 1 week and it was our last hotel and we are surprised how bad it went .

I don’t like the idea of taking my credit card information by the host before checking in. That makes me worry about misusing it.

Great location, modern facilities, nice and accommodating staff

The curtain was mostly out of the track, and the balcony wasn’t cleaned recently.

The location is perfect.so close to the river (apprx 15 min)..orientation is good as well.and the apartment is very very clean as much as possible.

the only thing is there is no chance to dropp off the luggage before check in.maybe luggage locker can be planned cause there is enough area for this??
