Clean, new, friendly

Very friendly service and staff and close to city centre and room was good to relax in and for self catering also. Breakfast was varied enough with good choices.

Location was easy walking distance. Room was very clean.

Very clean, close to all attractions and staff was fantastic! They made sure that we had a packed lunch for our early morning bus trip back to Croatia since we’d miss breakfast.

Good breakfast although it’s a little bit crowded.

Not easy to find the hotel. The suite is a little bit too small for couples.

The staff was very kind and informative. The location is great.

The breakfast was good, but I expected more (It could be better if there were more vegetables and cheese types, and cereals for children)

Very good clean rooms. central location. Aproximately 10 -12 minutes walk to the attractions, pier etc. Good breakfast. I picked up the keys from reception . if needed the self check in instructions are pretty easy to follow

The breakfast was decent or average. The location was good, walking distance to tourists attractions.

Our room was in lobby across from the elevator. Too much noise, people were talking loudly waiting for elevator. This was going between 11 pm and 3 am. Complained to staff and I was told that they are booked and can’t change the room. It was very hard to have a night sleep.

Not the best breakfast buffet in the world but good enough to start the day with energy. Really good location close to the city center with trams and metro at glance. Close to the baths and ruined bars.

The rooms where just alright. To rest a bit and fresh up after a day visiting the city. The fridge is really small and full with products sold by the hotel. Not really convenient if you buy your own snacks or drinks. We were traveling three people and the third bed was a sofa not really comfortable. The AC unit was portable and really noisy but given the temperatures you couldn't afford to turn it off.

The location, the flat itself and above all the lady at reception were amazing. So helpful and not to forget the breakfast was very good as well

Staffs are helpful and willing to help. Room size were huge for 2 persons. Our room has a second floor but it was close so I'm guessing that there's actually a sleeping space upstairs. So if you're travelling as a family then this place may suit you.

Location is a bit far from the main attractions but near Andrassy Avenue. No slipper

The room was more like an apartment, really big, with a full kitchen that you can prepare food in with all the utencils and stove, microwave and big fridge. The internet worked really well, the breakfast was basic but not anything special, it was so-so.

The breakfast area is rather small so it can get crowded really easy, and there were times when people were not able to sit because there were no free tables. The breakfast offer is ok but nothing special, the coffee was not that good. The hotel advertises as a place with a parking but when we came they said it's full and we had to park in another hotel that has more expensive parking. The location is ok-ish, near the centre with all the clubs and restaurants but the street itself is small and also is the back of much bigger hotel where all the services happen so it's really loud, especially since it echoes somehow so it's even more loud. Also if you want to visit the core of the city centre it's some 20 minutes on foot so have that in mind.

Our room was quiet, as requested, with a view of a lovely courtyard. The location was great. Short walk to trams, buses and metro. Easy access from international bus station. Market close by. Elevator. Refrigerator and freezer. Kitchen had all that you need. Very good shower. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was included and it was fabulous! Easy access to apartment. Staff friendly.

A wonderful room, phenomenal beds, clean, warm, tidy, and new… truly excellent in every way. Highly recommended!

Ok-ish. Neatly maintained inside the apartment.

It is an apartment assigned near the hotel. Entry through a very old apartment. Entrance was a filthy smell due to wastes were kept. Neatly maintained inside the apartment. Hot water sufficient only for one person for shower. You need to wait for 20 minutes for next person to take shower
