We booked a standard room with a double bed. Instead, we were given a disabled-accessible room with two beds and separate bedding. We were offered a minibar as compensation, but there was a catch: it was initially half-empty and wasn't refilled.

Good location and good breakfast

They gave us a wheelchair accessible room. It was spacious, but the shower was disgusting and smelled like sewage. They covered it up with chemicals. I’m very sensitive to chemicals because I have asthma. It made me sick and I had to go to the urgent care ended up with bronchitis. I was sick the rest of the trip and we missed all of our excursions that we paid for. we asked for a new room they couldn’t give us one. Finally they ended up giving us one next day. Our fridge did not work at all. We asked for a new one and they said they’re not supposed to work that well but we would’ve liked to at least have a a semi cold beverage, we weren’t asking for a freezing cold beverage. After getting very upset with them, they finally gave us a working fridge.

The location, the friendly staff, the free breakfast buffet, and the beds were very comfortable.

The air conditioner was not working and we had to open the window. Unfortunately, the noise level was very high on the streets because is a busy area. We didn’t know that there seemed to be a bar across the building and they were either watching a game screaming all night plus celebrating a birthday (they sang) which lasted until 4:00 am. Next time would ask for a quieter room on the back of the building.

The location is great. The hotel has spacious rooms and everything was clean and neat. Good breakfast in the morning, and the staff was polite and friendly.

The matress was a bit old and tilted on one side. The pillows were great and the sheets very clean.

Breakfast are so good, subway is very near to the hotel and the room is very neat and clean.

Great location. Great stuff. Coffee, juices and water free all day.

No vegan options at breakfast. Very hot in the room without any control.

the place was good its all accessable to beautifull places to visit and restaurant. but the elevator was too small.

Central location

Our transfers are not allowed to drop us off at the front of the hotel. It’s inconvenient to carry our luggage’s to walk to the hotel to check in.

I arrived to the hotel very late as I had a late flight. When I came to the room I didn’t have any drinking water inside and the room was freezing.

It looks tiered.

Location was superb. Breakfast was excellent!

Mattress was probably old, and it’s not flat.

Very nice location in the city center. Great breakfast selection each morning. Our room was clean and spacy (we got the 3 beds).
