Came late night tired of long travel had to go out and look for cash machine I don’t know the city people don’t speak English so add stress on stress and loss one more hour I had get up early to catch other train so after that It’s already 3 midnight and leaving 6 in the morning so I had only 3 hours can you make it easy for people and pay deposit by card

The room we booked was spacious enough. Close to all the major attractions in Budapest.

No kettle in the room and cleaning will be done after 3-4days. Hot boiling water is an issue if you would like to have tea/coffee before or after going out.

The location was great. A kettle was provided and the mini fridge was most appreciated. It was very quiet compared with the usual hustle of hostels.

Upon arrival we were asked for a 50€ security deposit which wasn't mentioned clearly or we would have chosen a different place. Getting the deposit back is an ongoing story. The elevator was a joke but at least they had one. The absolute worst was the shower. It wasn't fit for use, so for our entire stay we could only wash ourselves. The heating didn't work either. The room appeared to be rundown and outdated.

good location. clean enough to sleep comfortably. has a mini fridge. a basic hostel that you can use for a couple of days.

needs renovation. you need to download an app to use the a/c which we couldn't find.

Location is almost Center and lots of nearby restaurants to choose from.

We arrived at 3pm , 35 minutes until we reached the reception , they told us that the room not ready come back after 1 hour.

Size of the room and the floor of the shower area was dirty.

If you stay for 1 night this is the place you have to be in. Location was great room was clean and property was decent.

The property is a little outdated, rooms are a little old. The elevator did not work a couple of times and the fifth floor had to be reached by the stairs. Air conditioning was inaccessible, we had to get one of the staff members to turn it in for us and we could not control the temperature or turn it off becuase they kept the remote with them. However, the staff tried to resolve any issues we had

Good location, clean, friendly staff

The windows are big and the curtains are too small to cover so if you plan to stay here make sure you bring an eye mask. The location is central but a bit too crowded and loud during the night cause of the bars around you might also consider bringing ear plugs :)

Rooms were ready but they will only let you check in at 3 not even 1 minute before which is quite late

I like the friendliness of the staff, especially Anastácia and Erica.

I don’t think there is something that I don’t like about this property.
