a lot of noise from the outside even with the windows closed. Restaurants, bars were noisy pretty much all night.

Room servicing was definitely not up to par. Hotel needs upgrading.

Rooms are not cleaned well on a day to day basis. We booked a room with 2 beds and did not get one.

Overall wasnt very clean. Tthere was gum on my pillow the first night, brought it to front desk and did not get an apology and they would not give me another pillow until the next day. Carpet has tons of stains and the air conditioning did not work wel

The location was central to everything in the city.

Hotel sits on a courtyard that is very noisy with late night party people hanging out until 4 a.m. Asked for a new room after the first night. Staff was not accommodating and tried to sell me an upgrade. Girlfriend convinced them to move us.

Staff were excellent and had great character. Lovely people really.

We had a great stay at the Leonardo Hotel in Budapest. The hotel is perfectly located in the city center, within walking distance to everything. The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming. The breakfast was good and offered a nice variety. Our room was spacious and comfortable - we were three people and had plenty of space. Highly recommended for a central and pleasant stay in Budapest

Location! Location! Location! Very near Vorosmarty square, fashion street. Very near restaurants. We got a triple room and it was very spacious! Massive by european standards!

Great location, professional, friendly and welcoming staff, always very clean, complimentary coffee and teat the lobby, very good breakfast.

The only thing that I would ask is a little more thicker pillows.

My room was very small. I didnt have where to put my clothes.One elevator that alway busy and you can wait for awhile or to go my foot 6 floors

The man at check in was very nice. The room was a good size.

The bed, the comforter, and the pillows were very uncomfortable. The fan never came on and I was afraid to open the window as it was so loud all night. There is only one “soap” for shampoo, hand and body.

Location is excellent. Taking Metro from the Central Station to Deak Frenc Ter station was easy. A little bit confusion to find this hotel in M-Square, but the hotel is near by. Once it is found, great location to walk or take Metro any places. (Metro is free for 65+with Passport to verify age) Great location to walk back 20 minutes alone after the night cruise after 9 p.m.. 5 minutes away to take Airport bus. Very good breakfast with vegetable salad, fruit, and great bread starting at 6:30 a.m.. Friendly staff. I really appreciate it that one staff taking time to share information about Hungary, etc.. The room is simple business hotel like with minimum amenities. But, the location and breakfast compensate it. Affordable price and cost affective. Among the same neighborhood similar hotels, this hotel feels safe and best, I think.
