Mercure Budapest City Center

Central location. It is literally on one of the popular pedestrian walking streets.

Car park is under the hotel, which is a bit unexpected but it is a tradeoff for having such a great location.

The room was adequate, the staff very courteous and the location was very good.

Everything was satisfactory.

Room and staff

I found a lots of long hair all over in our room!!

The room size was nice

The room had roaches in it

everything

Dinner and Breakfast were exceptional. I was particularly pleased with my service at Dinner. Location was very good, at the center of all my interests. Would definitely come again.

The location is perfect to reach the Christmas markets. It's located on a shopping street with many restaurants and nice stores. The room was comfortable for 2. The staff was nice and attentive to our needs. Breakfast was good.

The bathroom was a bit small. There wasn't a nice view in our room (a view to another building). Breakfast could be better. For instance, toaster for fresh toast would have been nice (rather than pre-prepared toasts which were cold), it would have been nice to also have warm scrambled eggs but all in all, we always found something to eat.

location and comfort.

Price.

Top location , great breakfast

Dirty carpets on the hallways and in the rooms .

The central location, the room, the staff.

The stairs in the entrance to the hotel from vaci street, did not have handrails and it was very hard for us, as handicaps, to use the stairs.

I loved the location , the breakfast and the staff

I booked a superior room and was shocked at the size of the tiny bathroom.

Big room , clean , excellent location

The housekeeping staff entered the room immediately after knocking, without waiting for permission.

Location

They block amount of money and when you have some extras the charge you again and release the block amount which take 30 days to have it again free

A very nice hotel with good location in Pest and a 10 minute stroll to Chain Bridge over to Budapest

The location is great. The parking is very goodEvelyn from the reception team is simply a wow!! The team, in general, was really very good, lind and helpful Pet friendly

The hotel is outdated From the shower came a bad smell Breakfast verity - ok, coffee can be better The location of the green park for the pet is a bit far away, for our little dogs it was hard to walk every day 4 times per day. Due to its central location is great for humans but less for dogs.

Great

Front desk girl. What a boo-boo kitty Very unpleasant. And unknowledgable The shower flooded the bathroom. Needs to be caulked

Great location, very service oriented staff, very clean, decent breakfast

‏very nice stuff . Excellent location.. lounge was nice but not necessary it didn't have much throughout the day except for tea and coffee

Location, friendly staff, comfortable room

Shower-bath has no shower screen alongside so when showering water goes onto floor.
