- Clean, welcoming. Just what you want in a hotel. Best location. Plenty of artificial light in the room: I hate dark rooms. They score 10/10.
- The location was prime for what we needed. Very close to the bridge, markets, cafes and the city centers attractions. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable and we enjoyed a few drinks in there cosy bar area while we watched the World Cup which was great
- The whole staff was pleasant to me. On my arrival, I was given some advice on where to eat and what things to do. In addition, every time I passed by the reception, I always got a nice smile from all of them. This hotel was everything I was looking for.

- The pillows were rather hard, and when we requested alternatives it took longer then we¿d liked to get new ones.
- On the day of my checkout, one of the staff members told me he could not check me out, but I got no reasonable explanation of why he couldn't do the check out. I had to leave my card information when they already had it.
- There was a noise that occurred intermittently, it kept us awake a bit the first night then we got used to it, maybe the air conditioning or something. We spoke to the staff who appeared to know nothing about it, they offered for us to change rooms.

The breakfest was poor, bakery was not fresh ,the selection of food was poor too.The bed in the room was too old need it change for a new one.

The location was great. Right next to the Market Hall, the metro, and the express bus to and from the airport. Steps away from a pedestrian street filled with shops and restaurants. The hotel felt boutique and intimate with the scale of a nice exclusive hotel. We loved it! It was super quiet, with a comfortable bed and you can manage the thermostat. The breakfast was delish!

I liked the location to the Market and the ship docks. I stayed 2 nights and also loved the choices of restauants nearby.
The receptionist could have been a little more alert to giving me back my passport from the copy machine!!! I didn't discover it missing until the next morning. I called down and they claimed they don't have it... but I said I'd be right down and was met at the elevator with it in her hand. Yes, relieved, NOT happy I went through a PANIC attack!

Room size
The room was clean and beds very comfortable. The breakfast was superb - one of the best I have had with regards to variety , taste , choice. The hotel was extremely well located - close to the Trams and metro and also the big Market and within walking distance to the bridge and other tourist attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel.
I had requested an early check in - but that was not possible. Bit annoying as one is tired and as it was so hot - a shower would have been welcome. But the hotel was full - or so they said.I had also requested a take away breakfast as we were leaving very early on departure day and again - that was promised but we never received it.
