Great location, clean, quiet room, excellent breakfast, and very friendly staff!

Fabulous breakfast! Wonderful staff. Concierge were exceptional, fun, and helpful. Hotel is stunning with its original and innovative art work! Room was tasteful and trendy. Felt very safe, and welcome.

Needed better lighting by bedside. We love to read in bed— tour book or novels, but lighting was quite dim.

Comfortable rooms, great breakfast, location is easily accessible to pretty much every major sightseeing spot by walking, bus, or metro

Just a note for others that the bathroom doors/walls are glass with a thick opaque section in the middle; it covers everything that needs to be covered but in case you're sharing with anyone who would be concerned

Location excellent. The major road with great shopping was definitely a plus, including several tasty restaurants in the area.

The hotel was lovely! Awesome location, awesome front desk staff and assistance! The room was ready very early yesterday which was very nice. The young man at the front desk was incredibly helpful and polite! The room was very clean and spacious. We left very early this morning to catch an early flight back to Canada and the breakfast that was packed for us was amazing! Thank you very much!

Perfect location near the Opera and convenient to lots of sights, restaurants and shops. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to accommodate any request. The breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, pastries, salads, eggs, sausages and lots of other choices. Even bubbly if you want it. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate available at any time.

Hotel was nicely updated, with spacious rooms and very good bathrooms. Staff were very polite and helpful.

The location was a bit outside the central zone, but just a few blocks.

Excellent Location, within walking distance to main city sights and in an area full of restaurants & cafes, shops. Very well appointed hotel rooms with good amenities. Excellent breakfast with good choice of items. The hotel staff was very friendly and provided good tips on restaurants, sight seeing etc.

Hotel was great. Felt comfortable and secure. Checkin was wonderful.

A lot on construction in the street in front of the hotel. Made for some added transportation difficulties but the woman at the reception desk went over the top to make sure we were accommodated. She was amazing.

Loved the vibe of this hotel, the reception was manned 24/7 but lovely staff, the breakfast was great, location is close to everything and could walk or scooter everywhere from it. The room large and comfortable and just an all over beautiful hotel.

Loved this hotel even though when we first got there, we wondered about it. There is some construction next door, and you have to ring a bell to be let in. However, once we got our room, we were extremely happy. It was spacious, had a coffee machine to make different types of coffee including cappuccino, and it also had a mini refrigerator-bar. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was superb, very helpful and attentive from reception to breakfast attendants to cleaning crew. Breakfast was amazing. The location was wonderful, within walking distance to restaurants, attractions, subways, buses, etc. While the hotel’s public spaces are not huge, its breakfast area is sunny and large, but the service in our opinion, is what makes this hotel a 5 star hotel. We definitely would stay there again.

Delightful and helpful staff.Excellent location (the area around the Opera and the Andrássy út is pleasant and posh. It is also very close to the city centre, the public transport and the nightlife district).Coffee machine available 24/7.Good breakfast.Good rooms and beds.The sauna was present (however, there were issues with the settings; it was extremely hot).Small and cosy hotel.Upon arrival, you get some "free" perks (e.g., a glass or bottle of water, soda, or beer, and chocolate).Everything was spotless.

Occasionally, very slow internet.Strange noises in the building at times (day and night).The room door was hard to open with the card (sometimes it took me 1-2 minutes).There was water on the floor in the bathroom after the shower that never drained away.At breakfast time, the coffee machine can get very busy.Nobody ever uses the gym, but it was extremely basic, which could explain why.If you book just the cheapest room, it will be more basic than shown in the photos. Although breakfast is high-quality, it lacks many staples like eggs and omelettes.

location close to bus and subway stations, walking distance to main attractions: jewish quarter , hustle bustle areas , restaurants. friendly staff . cozy room and nice facilities inside . buffet breakfast average like the same everywhere and everyday.
