- Lolation, room is ok
- Very comfortable bed(s)The location was okay. I booked it for an overnight stay, because I had an early flight the next day and the airport was easily reachable from the location via M0 and it had a reasonable price during the holiday season.
- Beds was very comfortable, thick mattresses, I was slept as baby. Terasse was fine, at summer time will be super to spent some evening time here :)
Cons -
- Everything was closed- bar, restorant, no personal in spa, poor breakfast. Seems that they close season( 20 of August) but did not mention this at booking!
- Reception was in a separate buildingBooked a double room, but it had two single bedsThe lobby had a weird smellThe lift had a 300kg / 3 person limit that the receptionist mentioned during check-in. When I steped in it, it felt flimsy. The shower cabin had some weird stains around the door and the holder wasn't adjustableThere was an annoying clicking noise either from the AC or the heater device that I couldn't locate, where it came fromPaperthin walls. I could hear EVERYTHING from the room next to me, even if someone spoke in their normal tone. It was annoying to listen to M1 blasting from their TV at 11pm.No bottled water as ammenity in the room, as it is acustomed in 3+ star hotels. But at least I had a defunct refrigerator in the room. The most annoying thing: you can't turn off the lights of the closet. You have to put your room card into a slot next to the bathroom door to have electricity (like in older motels). I've searched everywhere, but couldn't find a switch for the closet to turn off the light, the only option was to remove my card from the slot. But that also meant, that I couldn't charge my phone overnight. In general, the building and the whole hotel felt very dated and not well maintained. The location is ideal if you want to get to the airport by car via M0, but otherwise it's a bit far away from the city center. It would pass as a nice 2 start hotel or a rundown 3 star hotel, but by no means a 4 star hotel. My room didn't look as it was in the "Double Room" pictures.
- No vault on room, no drinks in the fridge, no coffee machine, no tea, no coffee, dumb TV only. Last nail to my feelings was absence of wellness. Because one small sauna for 4 peoples, placed in space for cloak room, is not really wellness for me ...Dinners was on standard level, but nothing related to Hungary kitchen ... and too low level of heating was used, so any food placed on the tail, was after few tens of seconds almost cool.

Good breakfast, confy room, nice people, brilliant location. We enjoyed our stay.
good breakfast, nice pool and spa area, small but functional room
an additional fee for your own parking lot is not entirely appropriate at these rates, the Wi-Fi network is rather mediocre
Location
-lack of empaty of the manager/staff, the child had ear infection and we wanted to change the dates of arrival, we contacted them, booking contacted them and they didn't wanted...so we lost a day and had to come with the bag of medicine and no pool fun....-bad odor in the hotel (mold)-stains on the sheets, red stains on the stool in the room (blood?), strands of hair in the room and bathroom, broken shower.-at the restaurant high prices and bad food, we ordered snitzel and we got fried frozen chicken fingers.Definitely not a 4 star hotel...
Breakfast fair, location good
Very old need a lot of maintenance, elevators slow , smelly , AC’s not working, cleaning not good, no amenities, fridge not working, furnitures old, mattresses noisy and not comfortable
The reception guy was really nice and welcoming.
For this price range, the rooms could have been more clean. The toilet was broken, the shower was full of hair, and it had a really bad smell overall in the room. We found hair also in the bed and on the floor around the bed…
Great location, nice rooms, big bathroom, balcony, a lot of parking space..Breakfast was great..
The sauna park is just amazing. The honey sauna is the first of this kind we’ve found in Europe - just amazing. Definitely worth booking a room with spa included.
I ordered a single room with a king size bed. I got a regular room with a 3 small beds
Restaurant have in beautyfull view. Brekfast was good. GYM have lot of machines. I like it all.
It’s staff where great, specially Sztevi, very polite and helpful. It’s beside the river. Bed , cleaning and lighting was great, also it has a good price. It’s good for summer time and family traveling to relax. The breakfast was fantastic with Danoub view.
Location, location, location. It’s faaaar from everything in city and much more far to the airport, I paid 21000ft to taxi to send me to airport . On the 10 evening no where was open to by food! The kind reception helped me to order food online. Sauna was closed on 8 pm, pool was closed due to cold weather. It is a great place for family relaxing trip, not for business or first time In Budapest to have fun travelers.
Since we visited off season, we got upgraded rooms at the cost of the standard rooms. The hotel restaurant was exceptional and the hotel staff was very helpful. Rooms tidy and clean, well maintained.
The showers might soon need refurbishment.
Great location, friendly staff.
We had the superior room with separate bedroom. Bedroom without AC, very hot.
The location on the Danube riverside, the variety of food offered at breakfast and the swimmingpool.
The room did not have all the facilities listed on Booking.com: It did not have minibar, no balcony (the so called « balcony » was only 20cm wide) and no socket near the bed. Also, the bathroom was very old, the toilet seat looked used with yellow stains underneath, the towels were poor quality and one of them was stained, the bed sheets did not cover the entire bed, the staff was very unpleasant- no smiles and very rigid faces. The toilet broke in the middle of the night and it started flushing automatically until morning. The sauna and the jacuzzi were not working. I was told that the sauna is open only in the weekend, but this is not mentioned when you book the room. The price of 150€ per night for a double room was too much for what was offered. I had nice memories about this place from 6 years ago, but this time I was very dissapointed.
The location is pretty nice , close to the Danube
The reception is absolutely lazy and doesn't give any information , we arrived late night and the reception was absolutely lazy to inform us . The facilities are not communicated and there is a lack of professionalism
Nice, comfty, in quiet place
The only problem is localizaton - far away from the city centrum... however there is also advantage - quite, nice, very close to Dunabe river
Breakfast was okayA quit place out of town
Sauna world wasnt open! No water in the jacuzzi and No sauna was open or even hot? It didnt say that on booking.com when we ordered. It was because og the facilities we chose the place. From here we had to take a taxi to town. A 25 min. drive in wich we accepted because of the wellness in this hotel.
Wellness is closed, not mentioned on booking.com website.
Most of the mentioned facilities listed in the booking.com advertisement were not available for use: e.g. the jacuzzi, sauna's, steam room, hammam, solarium.
