Petneházy Aparthotel

We are always staying in these wooden chalets when we are visiting Budapest. The accomodation is great, everything is clean in the appartment and beds are very comfortable. The breakfast there is also very good.

Breakfast was with many choices, the only minus were cold dishes, that supposed to be warm - f.e rise puding, mashed eggs, french fries,...

The place… the chalets are not so far from each other, the breakfast was also good.

It wasn’t clean, there were no towels (we asked in the reception and they gave us) the kitchen amenities are also quiet old..

The staff was amazing, breakfast is great, the sauna and the pool are a nice touch. We went in winter time but I'm sure that the summer time is even better (the outdoor swimming pool and pool bar would be open). All and all, great price/value ratio.

It's a bit further away from the city. Thankfully Budapest has great public transport and you can be in city center in ~1h.

Petneházy Aparthotel is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed during my travels. The charming cottages surrounded by greenery create a fairytale-like, peaceful atmosphere — perfect for relaxing. Our cottage was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and the wonderful bonus of a private sauna inside the house.This property is truly value for money, and I would gladly come back anytime — highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone who loves nature and comfort together.The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the buffet breakfast was very good. Although it feels like a quiet countryside retreat, it is still not far from Budapest, so you get the best of both worlds. There are plenty of parking spaces available, free of charge. A swimming pool is also available.

Breakfast: Low-quality productsRoom: Outdated beds, hair almost everywhere, no hair shampoo, no body lotion, no slippers and no any soundproof insulation!!I literally didn't sleep all night due to some uneducated morons.They were shouting till 02.00 o'clock!!!

Great location in the Buda hills, green fresh air, cooler than the city. lovely bungalows, spacious and well equipped. Great swimming pool. Solid breakfast. Sport facilities. great hikes w super good views starting at the hotel. Definitely will come again.

The little chalets, nature around us, the breakfast, the pool

We were there for 3 nights, not once did someone clean the room, they didn't even get the garbage out. There were also cobwebs in all corners

It has 3 pools and 4 Tennis courts , a small playground but plenty of outdoor space for walks and playtime, food is good and parking is included in the price

It was dirty, we had to ask 3 times for them to clean the house, cause if you put the sign out it’s not enough. Everything is old and made of wood so you hear every little move of the other people and unfortunately I’m a light sleeper

Honestly i liked everything about it.

The property was in a perfect location beautiful green all around and amazing stuff Pool and sauna perfect I actually forgot 1 of my AirPod in the room as it had dropped under the bed only realized at night and he had already left the hotel and in another country They found the AirPod and mailed it to me I was very appreciative of their help

The staff and site was really well kept. The area was very pretty and quiet. Amenities were nice and well maintained.

The beds are a little uncomfortable.

The thing that kind of ruined this beautiful experience was the beds, very unconfortable to a point I barely managed to get up both mornings I was there, with huge spine pain, couldnt sleep most of the night Also less important and didnt much influence the grade is that checkin could be better organized, we waited for around an hour in very late evening when we wanted to go sleep. Usually how other hotels do it is you leave passports with reception and they do all the things they want without the need for you to stand and watch this especially when nothing is needed from you, all data is in the passport, and you just could pick it up and sign anything needed later. Here we needed to wait for checking in every person one by one and only one guy working.

The place is in the heart of nature

It is a bit far from the city center so if you prefer nightlife dont go there, if you love nature it is the best place

Amazing place! Beautiful location in nature, with comfortable and cozy rooms, a nice swimming pool, and a stunning, very green territory with plenty of space for walks. We also enjoyed the sauna with its beautiful views. The breakfast was nice, and the staff were very helpful. We pretty much enjoyed everything — and our dog loved the stay as well!An amazing place, just 20 minutes from Budapest city center — a perfect hideaway for a small vacation.

Fabulous staff, simple yet varied and tasty breakfast, clean and spacious room (with a kitchenette – amazing!), lovely view of the surrounding nature.The Hotel is surrounded by nature, which is very relaxing and offers fresh, clean air.Equipped with saunas and pools.So far, it has been our favorite accommodation in Hungary. We will definitely be back! Thanks to the staff for the warm welcome.

Everything was mostly perfect except that the soft drinks at the restaurant were tasteless and the children didn't like it much
