Convenient location, very little noise, friendly staff and well priced.

Great location in the city. Wonderful breakfast.

The rooms, beds, and the facilities are in the standard of a 3 stars hotel. Some of the rooms are even less!

Staff was generally very good; when I asked for a quiet room but found it was next to the elevator, I went to the desk and it was immediately changed for a better room.

Breakfast was not 4 star quality, closer to a 3 star.

Location, polite stuff, breakfast, clean rooms. Fan heater and coffee + tea in the room were great! Reception was always there to help with good Budapest visit programs.

Cold hall, noisy elevator door. There were also some network issues in the begining. I did not like that my window was above some terrace which did not belong to room. Also, It seems that time is slowly affecting this hotel.

Unfriendly ,overweight receptionsit is not friendly.He is around 60 years old I guess.Half year ago he also wasn't friendly and respect guests,but that time I didn't complain.

The property was great and the staff was very helpful with all our needs. The hotel was not close to the main touristic points, however there is a nearby metro station that leads you anywhere you want in Budapest. There are however, a lot of good restaurants close by the hotel, so, the location is pretty good

The bathroom was very small and the air conditioner didn’t work properly

Very outdated, very strong smell of humidity in the bathroom the whole time, not very good breakfast.

The room was clean, the breakfast was great, the staff was very polite and helpful, the location of the hotel is very good, near the metro and tram station. In the proximity, there is also a mall and lots of restaurants. The parking was also ok in a garage near the hotel.

Location - great. Two-three metro station to the downtown. Breakfasts - perfect!Service - immaculate! Helped with the delivery guy from Wolt, let our baggage stay in the locked room for 10 hours and everyone was so charming and helpful☺️No noise in the room. Beds are so comfy - I dozed for 4 hours after the flight (tho I can’t usually sleep in daytime).Mini bar inside. Spacious room.Really good experience:)

It’s not that I didn’t like, but the hotel’s interior design reminded me of some 2000s inspired theme.Tho evrth was really clean and maintained well!// the bath in the center of the room was a cultural reset? first time experiencing such decision in the design, but it looked fun!

I love it! The staff is very polite! A very cozy garden where we could relax after a busy day. The breakfast was tasty, balanced and different! Very comfortable location as well. Next time I'm in Budapest - I will stay here again! Thank you so much

The hotel has very helpful staff, late check-in, clean rooms, very good breakfast.

We got upgraded rooms which was brillant , staff were friendly and great communication coming up to the stay, rooms were clean and nothing was to much for the staff :)

the bathroom could be a bit bigger, although the shower is bigger (at least double size) than usual

Very good personnel and location. Close to Corvin plaza and Lidl, metro.Fast check in. Luggage room available.
