Nice room , good breakfast , friendly staff who spoke great english . Good value for money

Only one towel for 2 persons , no hair dryer , no soap , no shampoo

While the B&B may look "on the vintage side" indoors, we did not have any problems with cleanliness or noise - unless one likes to investigate spots on the hotel towels, or be squeamish regarding the older bathrooms. We cared more about the functional light, hot water, fridge, TV, internet - no issues there. The price per night was absolutely excellent - even considering the outside-of-Budapest location and the overall services. The free continental breakfast was decent, the vibe of the space calm. Internet and TV working well. I appreciated the location in the green family-home district, on a street without much noise. Main road is behind a row of gardens and houses, the view alright. The HEV station Rómaifürdő 5 minutes walk (though without a ticket machine, that is located at the further stops). Within 20 minutes one can be in Szentendre, or in the city center. There are also quite nice Aquincum ruins in about 10-15 minute walking distance. The B&B has nice maps of groceries, restaurants and patisseries in the vicinity and helpful staff. There's also a spacious yard with a decent parking lot, even a few spots for the bikes.We had an accident during our trip and the kind person at the reception was very understanding and allowed us a special courtesy - which we really appreciated considering the situation. We have chosen to come here even the second time.

We liked to air the rooms at daytime and nighttime with the open windows, but there were people smoking just under those windows (the same happened in two different B&B rooms). It'd be nice to consider to move the smokers area to the side of the apartment.)

Good location where easy to par your car.. the palce is Ok for transit to other country by car and for 2-3 days staying

A little bit noisy from other neighborhs

Close to the train station leading to Sziget festival. The owner speaks excellent English and Romanian. The price was good for the festival period and overall for Budapest.It had a private parking.

No air conditioner in the room. It got a bit hot, even with the fan going non-stop.

Staff and the location

Would need to remodel the place a little bit at least. Everything is too old and rusty in it, and no AC.

The front desk employee was wonderful, very kind and helpful. The room was comfy and large. Breakfast was good. Parking was great and we just had a short walk to catch the tram in the center.

The property is on the older side and could use some updating.

Located just a sort walk away from Romai-part, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly and our dog was welcomed here. If it were the case, I would book a room here again.

Altough outside were around 24 degrees, the heat was on in the room. The place could use a little bit of upgrade.

Some old furniture but its ok, a dog barking next room but we got another room and everything was fine, the dog calm later. We felt good+ recommended!

I dont understand those bad reviews on here - some people are funny and like to complain for no reason. Me and my boyfriend we were complety satisfied with this stay. The staff was very friendly to us because we are also friendly to people - it is very simple! You get what you give = karma

I don't know why this hotel is not popular, I really liked it?! I was here in winter, and it was very comfortable: warm rooms, up to +25 inside ( it was -5 C outside). The rooms are quite large, not like in modern hotels.Orthopedic mattresses and very clean bed linen and two pillows for each bed.Yes, the furniture is not modern, but not broken and neat.I can say that the soundproofing is quite good, I did not hear my neighbors.Not all the staff speak English well enough, but they are very positive and try to solve any problems, make us tea when we checked in late.PERFECT breakfast, I add photo, a lot of choice and food was tasty, not synthetic.Free parking and quite good location to the city centre.It’s the best variant for this price!

Cheap cute rustic Bed and Breakfast! Perfect for a weekend trip to Budapest. Fridge in the room and big comfy king size bed. Only a short walk (4-5 min) away from the H5 Railway, and 143 / 43 busses, as well as an Aldi, a Lidl and a small shopping center. Breakfast was nice as well.

The soap dispenser didn’t work.

This is a really nice b&b in a residential area. I thought for that price it would be basic BUT this b&b had:- a great bed with fluffy pillows, a warm comforter - great heating - after a very long working day we really appreciated the warm room - wooden floors, clean - clean private bathroom - a well lit private parking area - good basic breakfast Also both employees we met, were polite and friendly.

The hotel has parking place, very nice personal, simple but good hotel for the price. Silent area, lot trees behind the hotel, 20 minutes drive to the centrum.
