In the last time the AC in our room did not work.

Highly recommended: friendly staff, snow-white sheets and towels, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast, everything you need for a short stay. Free parking on the street.

24/7 availability was a major plus for us, the staff was very professional and the room was very clean. Everything was above expectations.

A couple of staff members were very helpful and provided us with all the necessary information, and it was great that they were attentive even at midnight.

One morning at breakfast, we tried a café latte, but it tasted awful because the milk had gone bad. The next morning, we asked for some yogurt, but they told us they hadn’t ordered any for the day. The fruit they provided wasn’t fresh either. To make matters worse, the bathroom had a leaking washbasin, and despite us complaining, no one bothered to address it.

No nonsense. Good concierge. Some drinks and snacks for purchase. Hairdryer in the bathroom. Warm room - the heating was on. Smart TV with netflix - I just logged in to my own account and watched my current series, and I've never cared about tv in hotels before, but this turned out great. The room had a balcony and the door was tilt&turn like a window, very handy for fresh air. Clean bathroom, clean towels and sheets, no smells, very calm atmosphere. Easy to find, easy to navigate.

I wasn't a fan of having a single size duvet, I wish it was a double, but still okay. The water wasn't always hot, sometimes yes sometimes not, so it was a lottery to have a shower, I don't know what it depended on, maybe if someone else is having a shower too. But really those are not significant enough to impact my overall good stay.

Perfect for quick stay. Private parking is not expensive

The noise, especially of the bathrooms is not bearable.if you have light(er) sleep.

It was a bit far from the center, but the transport system makes it less of an inconvenience.

I must say this is on of best 3 star hotel I have been. It is clean. Stuff is great, friendly, polite, speak English and German. Area were hotel is is very nice. They have some small thing like wet wipes in toilets...which you don't find so often. I highly recommend this hotel. Adam was great, helpful, friendly. Have a cushty one mate. Cheers!!!

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean. Room has a fridge and balcony! onsite paid parking. and free parking on street. If you tell then in advance, the hotel will provide vegan options for breakfast.

The rooms are outdated and need renovation. The mattresses are very used and flat. Shower doesnt have a head you can shower under rather you must hold the head in one hand and wash with other - very uncomfortable. The hot water lessoned after little use.

Hotel was clean, and in expensive. Hotel staff was very accommodating. Its very practical that there is a fridge in the room!

I requested in advance vegan breakfast - but the message didn't get to the local staff, so that the first morning, I had nothing really to eat for breakfast. On the second day, the staff had gone out and gotten some vegan options. Beds were uncomfortable. Old mattresses need to be replaced. You cant stand under the shower head and shower, rather you must hold the shower head the hole time - too impracticable.

The personal very kind. Cleanliness OK.Is not in the center but you have a lot of trams (30min to center of the town).

The noize from the street, on my side, was a bit annoying. Maybe some better windows would help.

No Internet in room or very week signals. Ac was not working, had to sleep in oven. Room change request was not fullfilled. Very remotely located

The beds are a bit old, or at least not really comfortable...

I asked for a room with a balcony and in a short time I received one. The bed in the room I stayed in for 2 people is super comfortable. air conditioning..works perfectly. Overall.. price - quality OK

a bit far from the center, about 30 minutes by tram.you have to ask for the towels to be changed (unfortunately) the bathroom has no ventilation <this is a minus>. the holder for liquid soap in the bathroom was placed above the toilet paper.

Nothing really apart from being clean to a good standard

The airport shuttle service nonsense! I spoke to bookings and they referred me to the hotel, the hotel said yes nothing mentioned on page but you get the info in the reservation email. If you don’t like it you get free refund. This is simply fraud

The furniture in the room felt quite outdated. Additionally, the room was initially cold, though I was provided a remote to turn on the AC for heating, which helped. A significant downside was the lack of basic amenities. The room lacked even the simplest items like a glass for water. Also, there was a refrigerator in the room, but unfortunately, it was not working during my stay.

The apartment was clean and location is good.
