The hotel had a nice atmosphere with really friendly staff. Breakfast was also good.

Nothing, worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

No hot water. The staff did nothing to fix this and basically told me too bad.

Bathroom gets wet due to poor design

Room is nice with decoration, the bar and coffee bar is very convenience. Breakfast is in the sellar room downstairs is beautiful. Location is great near the bus, tram and hop on hop off tour bus! There are also ver near many restautants, coffee shops, and a super market.

Furniture are small, need a table to work on the computer as well as more the electrical plugs.

Room very dark, poor lighting and no natural light. Car Parking extremely expensive.

The style of the hotel was cool and the location of the hotel is very central, close to many turistical attractions, shopping malls, station..The room had high ceilings, which felt great andthe wellness bathtub was just wonderful!

The property was well located The staff was amazing One morning we overslept and missed breakfast The manager paced up take our boxes two bring to our room because then we're not permitted two serve past the time they had been approved to by local law.The common area were lovely and had an authentic feel of a bygone era.

The room was a bit small although nicely decorated and well appointed.

Breakfast was great. Location close to Hope On Hop Off and a beautiful area for outdoor dining straight down the street.

Dated. Bathroom fixtures could be updated. AC was not great in all the rooms booked.

Breakfast was excellent. The very retro setup was a nice too - very unique .

I was on the ground floor next to the bar and people having conversations outside sounded like they were in my room.

All was perfect 1. Location - 7-10 minutes by walking to the center: Parliament and other attractions 2. Breakfast - wide choice: omelette, sausages, cheese and Champaign too) 3. Very nice and beautiful decorations and design of the room. A room is spacious, clean, good bed with 2 different pillows.

Reception excellent, very helpful checking in and helping with public transportation and restaurants. Excellent breakfast, breakfast room, and breakfast staff. Very cozy and warm environment.

Friendly staff, good location, pretty good value for money would recommend it

The room was to the backyard of the building which is no garden or so but the entry point of all doors of the neighborhood. So even if people moved quiet in and out their houses it was pretty loud due to the building structure and sound echo. If you book I would recommend to check if you can get a room that points to the street side and not the backside of the building

There was a lot of noise from both inside and outside of the hotel. There was also filming at the hotel on our final night, which we were not aware of. The film made us wait outside until.it was convenient for them to let us in, it was freezing and I was desperate to.use the toilet. They were also very loud when the packed up which was at 1am and lasted 1.5 hours. It would have been nice to have been made aware of the filming and the potential noise ahead of time. Otherwise, the property is stunning and staff are very helpful and friendly.

Excellent, helpful and friendly staff at all levels.Breakfast good and in a lovely area/room.Interesting and somewhat historic (Art Deco) building.Hasn’t been over modernised which is perfect.Take away and restaurant food is readily available very close by.As a less agile older person the bath would benefit from handles to help getting in and out. The short walk from the public transport was good.The small area of street leading to the hotel isn’t the most salubrious but it’s worth it.

Loved everything about the stay! The rooms were really good; clean and had all facilities. The breakfast was fantastic. Loved the food and the selection. The staff were extremely nice. Even let us keep our bags for a while after checking out, so that we could see more of the city worry-free! The stay is so very beautiful! Has a retro-antique feel. I don't know why the place isn't more famous! Coz for me it was the perfect stay in a city like that. The vibes were just so so so great!
